Enjoy easy access to the beach, popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay, beach condo with Ocean View from the main bedroom. Nice white beach sand It's less than 1 minute walking distance from the beach. Building Name: Chateau del Mar electricity is included. Washer & Dryer machine are in the building It's 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes walking from the supermarkets and restaurants. There is not construction next to us anymore, it just finished in April 2023
