The apartment was new in 2009 (renovated 2019) and is situated 3 km from the beach in an authentic Spanish village. The area is great for people that want beach, nature and cultural experiences away from the tourist crowds. El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 40€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
