Highly recommended, a big plus to have parking for the car. Nuria is always attentive and gives instructions to facilitate access to the apartment. Once inside, there is a list with more directions and recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants. As for cleanliness, it was impeccable, both the floor and the furniture, sheets and kitchenware. After a very bad Airbnb experience in Puerto de la Cruz, we arrived at Rafaels' place, and it was an oasis of peace, space, and more. After Rafael welcomed us, we felt at home. The space is as it is described, but it felt bigger. We work online, and the designated room with a desk is such a welcome. The internet is fast, the TV has everything you need, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms are large, and the shower is good. There isn't a single bad thing to say about it. There aren't many restaurants, but the sea, beach, walking trails, and the quiet neighbourhood make it all good. The two restaurants near the water are very good. A car is not needed, but we do recommend it if you want to see more of the surroundings or the island. The place has its parking spot, which is good. There is also a bus (no. 050) that drives frequently. After almost a month, we had to leave, and we loved it.

As the description says, the apartment is very cozy. Maria's service was perfect, and her husband Jose, who was the one who welcomed us and explained everything to us as well. 100% recommended.

Perfect! Exactly as described and exactly what we needed! The views from the window alone were breathtaking. Pedro was a wonderful, friendly host. He was very helpful with directions to get there, and was always quick to respond. It was our first time using Air BnB and Pedro really made it an easy and comfortable experience. There is a very convenient parking space that is about a 2 minute walk, yet visible, from the accommodation. We would highly recommend to anyone who needs a nice getaway with a peaceful atmosphere away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Also there were lots of friendly lizards in the outside area! Would stay forever if we could!
