Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.

Free wifi, 4 bedrooms and an extra living room (with two sofa beds FOR FAMILYS ONLY) in the basement with TV, a large roof terrace and a lounge set - the house is perfect for two families. There is a community pool and a children's pool close to our house. The house is also close to the sea with only a 1,7 km to Playa Puntica beach in the center of San Pedro. The area offer water sports, bicycle rentals and wonderful golf courses.

Lovely house. Nice and clean, great location and able to walk to a few bars and restaurants in the area.

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

Excellent penthouse, just like the photos. Very easy to find and well-equipped. I would only improve the cleanliness since the furniture was full of dust which caused us allergies and the cleanliness of the bathrooms when entering can improve. Otherwise, a great penthouse...

We spent Holy Week at Poli's house, the house was super clean, nothing was missing. Poli helped us with everything. One hundred percent recommended. It has two terraces with views and a barbecue. The kitchen has everything you need. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was beautiful and the roof terrace was perfect.
