New house! 5 min from David on the Boquete highway

It’s a new house (Oct 2019) just outside David in Los Algarrobos. Close to the airport, Boquete, Volcan and only 3.5km from the huge new Federal Mall in David. Evening security guards in the subdivision all year. Mountain views, covered parking, seconds from the boquete highway. This immaculate house has all new appliances and furniture, 5G internet, cable tv and Netflix. Your bilingual hosts live next door, the co-host (Grethel) is Panamanian, a lawyer and knows everything about Panama.

The entryway features a covered porch with a smooth concrete floor and a decorative welcome mat. Potted plants flank the entrance, with tropical greenery visible in the background. The door has an ornamental design, providing a warm welcome into the home.

Cozy and relaxing house with a terrace

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place, 10 minutes from downtown David and 25 minutes from the tourist town of Boquete, very close to shopping malls, restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very safe place and full of amenities. The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with TV, piano, a bar and other amenities. All spaces have air conditioning, hot water and TV with 222 channels.

Our stay at Kevin was very comfortable. The cleanliness was outstanding. The place is new and is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The property is located about a 10 minute drive from Boquete town. The is a super market and fruit vendor very near.

A modern bathroom is presented with blue-tiled walls and a white jacuzzi tub. A spacious walk-in shower is visible, enclosed by clear glass. A large vanity with storage is included, along with various toiletries on the countertop.

Gerald's place is all about peace and tranquility. It's setback from a larger development giving it privacy. Nice views of the volcano and mountains. After a busy day exploring Boquete and area this is a great place to unwind. You can manage without a car as it's walkable to a couple of restaurants/market and bus stop however a car would be ideal. Not fancy but very comfortable and well equipped inside especially for the price. Gerald was a responsive and helpful host.

Marila's accommodation is simply sensational. A delight from start to finish. really visiting Chiriquí and having the security of only having to bring my suitcase and my food is something else. My family and I were delighted with the house. So much so that my husband wanted to move to Chiriquí. My little daughter was fascinated with her little princess bed. The house has everything for a rest and a pleasant escape. You can breathe peace. A very nice garden. 5-star hotel cleanliness. Everything is very well organized... and easy to find, it is accessible from the main roads. I have no doubt that we will visit this accommodation again, which deserves a standing ovation. Thank you for making us feel right at home. See you soon friends!!
