Our stay at Chinchilla’s guest house was absolutely exceptional in every way. Our overall experience was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again, and recommend this house to anyone that is looking for quality, convenience, friendliness, value, and a trouble-free experience. The Airbnb posting is very lengthy and comprehensive. The length is due in large part because this guest house has almost everything, including everything for cooking and cleaning . The guest house is more like staying at a friend’s house versus just a dwelling stocked with the common items. You can literally pull up to the house and move in- without the luggage, other than your suitcase. Check-in is a breeze and we were provided with a clean trouble-free experience to live at our “second home” while traveling out of town. Chinchilla is the perfect host- easy to reach and communicate with, and nearby- with lots of privacy. Requests for information or special assistance were handled efficiently.

Chi’s place was very easy to spot and check in. The place overall was very clean and matched the description of the listing. A lot of available street parking, but there are certain days with street cleaning. The location made it very convenient to explore a lot of areas. I would definitely recommend booking for any travel plans.

We had our son stay here for his Fall term at LBCC and it was a great experience for him. Everything for the school was walkable as well as many restaurants. Richard and Stohea are great hosts!!! They were very responsive when anything come up, which wasn't often. It made us as parents feel better about having a child that far away to know they were there and available to help if anything came up. The room was just as described and set up with everything he needed for cooking when it came to the pots, pans and utensils. It's a very quiet area with the park so close made for a great experience. We can say enough good things about Richard, Sothea and this location. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes up.
