The Barn - Enchanting with 395 years heritage !

The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . On site parking for two vehicles .

Country House

Country house in a bucolic setting in a very quiet village at the foot of the Delme coast (nature reserve). Bathroom linen available and beds prepared before your arrival. Outside, two terraces including one with a shed and a large lot. For my part (Xavier), I stay under the outdoor terrace at the back of the house. The town of Xocourt is located 2 minutes from Delme where you can find all amenities (catering, supermarket). Cleaning to be done before departure.

You will be 20 minutes from the thermal cities of Vittel-Contrexeville and the hometown of Joan of Arc, 15 minutes from Neufchâteau. Charming farmhouse located in the Vosges Nature Park. I am ideal for relaxing and enjoying the outdoor activities offered in the nearby surroundings (skiing, hiking, fishing, etc.) but also culture and gastronomy (near Alsace, wine route). In a very quiet setting without immediate neighbors. I am equipped with a sauna, two bedrooms, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a living room with a second sofa bed, equipped kitchen.
