This quiet cottage enjoys exceptional views and has a private garden of 5 hectares with a tennis court available to tenants. The forest starts at the bottom of the garden. The walks are endless. The cottage is a remote annex, independent of the main house which is sometimes inhabited by the owners. The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.
