Very good stay, very clean accommodation and which is perfectly as described.

Both Edith and her husband are very fine and friendly people. It was nice to be able to park inside the premises, have a fence around the house-very handy when you have dogs. Edith made us a lovely breakfast too. So in all it is fine particularly if you are just staying there the night. For longer stays, the place is a little small. It all depends on your purpose but the people themselves are genuinely friendly and nice!

We had a great time at the peaceful rose. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and the hospitality is most friendly. Lots of thoughtful touches that make you enchanted.

We had a wonderful time with Diana and her warm family in picturesque Riehen. If you are looking for a charming accommodation away from the typical hotel season, you will surely feel comfortable in this old city villa. Surrounded by contemporary art, a grand piano in the living room, a fabulous breakfast in the morning, and love conversations – truly a place to stay. A tip-top address not far from downtown Basel!

We had the most wonderful stay at Michel’s apartment. It’s in a quiet area of the city surrounded by lovely buildings, shops and amenities. Walkable to all of the city’s sights and public transport. Michel made us feel at home at every part of our stay, recommended places to eat for dinner, brought us breakfast and was responsive to any questions or queries we had; made our time in the city even better than we expected. On our way through, we ended up in this beautiful house, where we were received very hospitably and warmly. It is still many times more beautiful in real life than in the photos.
