Our house is in the heart of a traditional Spanish village, where the locals are friendly and endearing. There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

Second bathroom with shower downstairs. 10-15 minute walk from the "Blue Flag" beach on a residential street. Large outside eating area on the ground floor and spacious first floor sun balcony off master bedroom with seating and awning. 10 minute walk to the famous Cabo Roig strip with many bars and restaurants catering for all tastes.

Todas las piezas de decoración son recuerdos de mis viajes por el mundo, sobre todo de dos lugares que han significado mucho para mi. Africa y Mexico. La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.
