My significant other and I had such a great stay! Fawzia was an incredibly warm and welcoming host — super easy to communicate with. Her husband was also very kind, and their sweet dog made me feel right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I also loved seeing all of their beautiful birds on the property — such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend booking with Fawzia!

This was the most amazing Airbnb! The home was beautiful, the private lake was awesome and the pool and huge spa were perfect for our family vacation! We all fished off the private dock and out in the lake using the paddle boat and the kayaks. We caught smallmouth bass and crappie’s. Such a great time for everyone especially the grandkids. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. The house is immaculate and well stocked. There are 2 fire pits, one by the lake and one on the patio. It was stocked with firewood and kindling. They truly thought of everything for a comfortable stay. This place has everything for the perfect vacation! We never left to go do anything else! We will be back next summer. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

Eve was an incredibly responsive host! Super easy to communicate with if we needed anything. The house is so well-stocked and she has truly thought about everything a guest may need! Would love to come back one day.

Douglas was wonderful! Gave clear instructions and would respond quickly whenever I had a question. The house itself is beautiful! Spacious and has everything you would need. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous! Big with plenty of patio furniture and fire pit. The pool is heated which was nice but got a little too warm. The only negative thing I notice were spiderwebs throughout the house. It wasn’t a huge deal, I don’t think anyone had stayed at this house for awhile.

Can’t say enough about this wonderful gem… The home was spacious and modernly furnished with everything that you would need plus extra fun . The backyard in pool were perfect for a family time and connecting. It was a refreshing oasis. We loved it.

We loved our stay. The open kitchen and living/dining area were perfect for our family. The bedrooms on lower levels allowed for quiet and privacy. The place is beautiful.

Amazing cozy home, one of the best houses Ive stayed at!

The home was super comfortable! The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts! Tons of hummingbirds to see! Having a large group like I did the house was spacious and full of potential to host. There were several TV's and lounge areas it was a great get away. So close to Folsom Lake, and San Francisco!

Our family had a great stay. There’s was plenty to keep the kids and adults entertained and a quiet, peaceful environment to unwind for all as well. A great balance!

Great and spacious. Missing some amenities like salt, paper towels, and oil. But otherwise fantastic. Very responsive host and able to accommodate all of our requests.

Check in was very easy and the owner is very responsive. Great house, very clean. Close to everything we wanted to be. We had issues with no hot water in the master, however, that was being fixed upon our departure. Other than that, the home was very nice to stay and and convenient.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Loved having access to a washer and dryer as we stayed 2 weeks. The home felt very private. The host was extremely quick to respond to any needs or questions. My husband loved the design and decorating! We definitely will stay again!

Kim & Luis are wonderful hosts; they are very attentive to guest's needs. The house is a great place to gather and very close to Gold Hill Gardens, a wonderful wedding venue. The house has multiple places to hang out, and the game room's full bar and pool table was a hit! The bedrooms were comfortable and the full kitchen great to have. We would definitely come back.

Everything about Jason’s home was peaceful and inviting. It was spotless and very homey. We had plenty of room to put our clothes and toiletries, as well as groceries we bought nearby. There were plenty of cups, plates, etc. in the kitchen. Our dog loved the large backyard with lots of grass. The location was very handy, as we were mostly visiting in Roseville and Rocklin. Entry to the house was super easy. We appreciated being able to park in his spacious garage and use the opener. Jason is a wonderful host. He communicated throughout the process, and made himself available. He gave such great instructions that we never needed to call or message him, but it was nice to know we could. We highly recommend this home, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Our second stay at Alley House, and already looking forward to returning. We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation during the stay. It was the ideal location and provided a home-like feel for a special family gathering. We really love the outdoor space and were visited by the local peacocks one afternoon.

Hem is a fantastic host. The house is sparkling clean, well stocked with everything needed and a great place for a family. Location was convenient for accessing a show at The Venue.
