A very comfortable lodge with all the facilities one might need in a location with lots to see and do.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was private and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The cabin is a great size and has everything you need, the pictures don't do it justice and it feels much bigger in person. Marilyn was incredibly helpful on arrival, showing us around the cabin and then offering suggestions on places to visit. If you're looking for some stargazing, the night sky here is amazing, we woke up to watch the Lyrids Meteor Shower at 1am and was stunned by how incredible the night sky looked. 10/10 could not recommend this place more.

We were extremely pleased with the cottage, it was perfect in every way for our needs. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you needed for a self catering stay and the eggs left by Charlotte was most welcome. The bed was exceptionally comfy, and plenty big enough. The silence around the house was most welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family, and we will certainly stay again if we return to the area!
