Great stay even if for one night. Clean and tidy accommodation, Francesco welcomed us very well. For us, the location of the house was at the top. Thank you Francesco for your efforts despite the bad weather.

Marco's apartment is in a very quiet area, close to all services (supermarkets, station, restaurants, etc.), is equipped with every comfort and perfectly matches the description. Marco was present and available to give us directions and suggestions to make the most of our stay. Impeccable cleanliness and care of the house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Everything is fine, great location easy to get to just 10 minutes from Bologna. Parking is always available on-site. Easy and intuitive check-in via directions. Spacious apartment, clean bathroom. Large double bed. I recommend this apartment.

A very beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean accommodation. Thanks to Francesca, we felt like we were visiting family. We travelled with our 4years old daughter and Francesca even pick us up from the airport to avoid the taxi line in the night. Many thanks again for all locale food, restaurant and taxi tips.
