Monthly Rentals in Long Eaton

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

The studio was exactly like described , of course i think many who is planning to book an airbnb should speak with the host about their expectations as i did myself and i found as described. Is such a private place and well secured , including the lifts which you need a fob to access the studios up and thats such a good thing as you dont need to worry that unknown people might be get inside the building . Very quiet , clean and perfect with all brand new cooker , microwave and tools as well. Close to train station and just couple of minutes away from center, Lidl. Is a student accomodations which makes it more peacefull , as you dont get by night noises of drunk people etc as you will usually experience in hotels . Host very responsive and making sure everything is ok and smooth with ur staying, answering very quick with any question you might have. Overall great place to stay, peacefull and secured !

11 night stay in Tracey's annex, and it was perfect for our stay. Easy drive to Trent Bridge for Cricket games, purpose of our visit. Loved the annex, comfortable and cosy, very clean, so well thought out to use space, everything we needed to make our own meals, and even provided cereals, bread butter , jams ,milk for breakfast, thankyou !! Shower room lovely, and super shower space. Able to control temperature for comfort. Lovely well tended garden, and adequate parking space. Very near to tram station, and supermarket, so all in all a great place to stay !! Tracey was very helpful, and responded to all messages in double quick time !! Looking forward to our future bookings.

I loved the space, right in the town centre, unfortunately I was a bit to busy with work to appreciate the area but hopefully I will return in the future for a more relaxed stay
