Aarya's place is wonderful! It was HUGE! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and not feel crowded. The balcony is great and was perfect for watching the sun set over the Marina. The location is one of the best on the island. We rented a car and could be to the grocery in 5 minutes, Grace Bay in 8 minutes, and Chalk Sound/Sapodilla/Taylor Bay in 15 minutes. Airport was only about 12 minutes. There are nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. We even saw a shark one night at Sharkbites! It was so cool! I would recommend Aarya's place to anyone!

We loved our stay in Wheeland Settlement. This is a remote out of the way location without all the restaurants, shopping and people of Grace Bay area. It is a drive out on gravel roads so getting back into town can take 30+ minutes depending on traffic. The beach, pool and condo were perfect for us and we loved our quiet relaxing vacation. The on site bar and restaurant were also wonderful to have. The condo uses a typical round coffee filters and there were enough for us for our stay. There were also basic seasonings but just a few. We did enjoy the tumbler cups and plenty of cookware. There were also a handful of dishwasher pods and a few washes worth of detergent. It was very easy to get started there! Also there are beach towels and 5 beach chairs if you want along with a small cooler on wheels. Thank you for those!

My family and I have stayed at a number of AirBnb's (and before that VRBO's!) over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best one yet. Jennifer's place has been meticulously arranged. Everything possible was considered for fun in the sun, as well as comfort and ease within the space. From the floating hammocks to the plush linens, to her extensive guide book, Jennifer thought of everything one could need to have an incredible vacation and make lifelong memories. We really enjoyed our stay at Lucille’s place. It was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The location was perfect for us, close to Smith’s reef and there were a few walkable restaurants. We rented a car and I would recommend renting one as there’s parking. The property grounds were also well kept and felt very safe. We saw security constantly patrolling the premises. Lucille was very responsive and friendly. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t think twice, you won’t regret it.

Charles' place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for our family of 5. Ocean views and Steps from the sand with beach chairs and umbrellas set up daily. Prompt communication from Charles prior to our arrival was very helpful, and communication with Regina during our stay was awesome! She made sure that we had everything we needed, and let us know that she was available if we needed anything. I can't say enough about how nice this property is. You can walk to shops and dining on the main road, but we chose to walk on the beach for breakfast at The Ritz, dinner at The Farm, and night caps at the various resort bars. It was a perfect place to unplug and spend some quality time with the fam.

First of all, I want to mention the outstanding communication Nathan provided during the booking period, while at the condo, and upon leaving. We had zero issues. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked of everything we needed plus some. It’s an easy walk to the grocery, restaurants, and beach. Again everything we needed was at our fingertips. We enjoyed a week at Mark’s place. Kiki and Mark were great at communicating with us, including helpful recommendations. The location was quiet, yet close to everything in the Grace Bay area. Less than a mile to Sunset Beach which is beautiful and not crowded. Great place to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to a couple of great local spots. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very relaxed the moment we arrived. Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our trip, and once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Molly, the property manager. Molly made everything seamless. We arranged for the fridge to be stocked before our arrival which was a great way to start the trip. We had a small issue with the car (a tail light wouldn’t turn off), and Molly had it taken care of promptly the next morning. The Yacht Club’s pool is beautiful and meticulously kept, and we really enjoyed meals at nearby Shark Bite and Baci—both were great and more reasonably priced than some of the Grace Bay spots. A close walk to the public beach (there is parking) and Smith's Reef as well. Rec. Sapodilla Beach for calm, shallow and gorgeous water. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip back!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Nancy’s place. The grounds are not only well maintained and beautiful but also quiet and peaceful. The condo itself was spotless, uncluttered and very comfortable, from the bed and pillows to the ridiculously thick bathroom towels to the living room furniture. We appreciated the games, snorkel gear and beach chairs and umbrella. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance as well as beautiful Grace Bay Beach and Smith’s Reef. The only thing that would have made it even better would be a grocery store nearby as we didn’t rent a car for our stay.

One of the best deals on the island. Thein’s condo was in a great location on the main strip and just a stroll to the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk to many restaurants and shops. The condo also had everything one would need to prepare meals and it was very cozy.
