Situated in the Discovery Bay Canal "Poco Villa" is a separated complete studio with a view of the canal and access to a freshwater pool and sun decK with bar and barbeque. The accommodation is a one a/c unit with a full kitchen living room and tv. Its a peacefull place surrounded by water. There are two units for rent on this property the other "Coco Villa" both being double occupancy. We do suggest our guests have a vehicle rental to explore the island.

Katherine's place is great in every respect - cleansiness, location, value and extra amenities (like beach umbrella and chairs, etc). It is near all key areas on the island and is in a safe neighborhood. Katherine provided all needed info and communicates well throughout as needed - very helpful as it was our first time in TCI. Thank you for allowing to use your place.

We stayed at Mc's villa for 11 days and it was an amazing time. We were 3 adults and 3 teens visiting for March break. The villa was as described with an amazing pool, beautiful canal and a peaceful surrounding. All rooms and bathrooms were great, along with the kitchen, the stove being gas was great. Mc was always in communication with us for any questions and also recommendations of any local happenings such as the fish fry. The pathway to getting to Mc's place is not bad at all in my opinion it was a normal road. Overall great experience we definitely recommend Mc's villa and would rent again. Cheers. Hemang

Keno's place was the perfect setting for our family vacation. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Super Easy walking to the stunning Grace Bay beach, into town and the grocery store. Everything needed was provided for us. The pool was also very lovely after a day at the beach, and we enjoyed hanging on the front porch :)

Had a fun time in Turks at Stanley’s place! It’s about 20 minutes from the resort area which was perfect for us! Close to more secluded quiet beaches. Would recommend to people that want to be away from the resorts but still within easy driving distance for dinner and drinks there.

This was a great villa for our family of 3, including a preschool-age child. The space was really lovely, airy, and comfortable. We spent most days driving to Taylor Beach and Sapodilla Bay (our favored spots to swim with the kiddo), and it was an easy and quick commute (about 20 min), and also loved how close we were to Grace Bay. The kitchen was well-equipped, which we relied on for several meals and to prep things for beach days. The provided beach equipment was really great, including snorkeling gear, floating chairs, umbrellas, towels, and those really handy beach chairs with backpack straps and an attached cooler compartment. There was a line for hanging wet items to dry, under the covered porch. We also loved the outdoor shower to avoid bringing too much sand inside. Ken was a great communicator and welcoming host!

Well I’ll tell you what; Shades of Grey is a Spectacular Airbnb in Turks and Caicos!!! After a six month deployment ;This vacation was a first of many for me. The location is close to the airport. I would suggest a RENTAL CAR to maximum your enjoyment Samara the host offers a rental car with a reasonable and competitive rate. A very good deal!! There are a plethora of restaurants to eat at located just off the main road Multicultural cuisine in addition to loved local seafood favorites. I found everything to be exactly what the host listed online and more. Samara is a excellent host. She told me everything I needed to know to enjoy my stay. How to find what I needed, where things are located on the island, restaurant selections and local activities. I strongly recommend that when you travel to Providenciales TCI you stay at Shades of Grey

Our family just had an incredible experience in Provo thanks to Katherine. Comfortable beds, A/C, WiFi, etc. Her knowledge of the island was so helpful! The notebook she provided with where to go and where to eat was GOLD. She had all the snorkeling, kayaking & paddle boarding and gear we needed & more! Her JEEP was great for getting to some of the hard to access beaches (Malcolm, Northwest Point, etc.) Her response time was excellent and she provided us with great transportation to & from the airport. Her home is centrally located on the island so everything was close and accessible. Our 12 & 14yr old boys had a blast! Easily our families best getaway-SO many little adventures. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Katherine was absolutely the best Air B&B host we have ever encountered. She went above and beyond in so many different ways. From great recommendations on restaurants and beaches, to being so accommodating with us extending our stay a day she made the trip easy and that’s all you can ask for when on vacation. She even greeted us with a rum punch making us feel at home right from the beginning! The Villa was clean, well maintained, and a great location to the local beach and restaurants. Only a 9 minute drive to downtown Grace Bay as well. I would recommend Villa Bianca and Katherine over and over again!
