Adam’s place was cozy. It was peaceful with a beautiful view. Many spots to visit and local food areas. Easy drive to Sequoia National Park. Quiet neighborhood and good spot to stay in.

Good place to stay and comfortable beds. The washer and dryer was very convenient and it’s my second time staying here. Will definitely book again!

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

I love love love this space. It's beautiful, great use of space with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Mary is awesome and very helpful, everything you want in a host. Comfy bed, great shower, fluffy towels. A++

Brendas Apartment wirkt von außen unscheinbar, aber sobald man über die Türschwelle tritt, wird man von einer modernen, tollen und wirklich sauberen Wohnung begrüsst. Brenda war eine ehrliche und direkte Gastgeberin, die uns auch einige Tage vorher wissen ließ, dass der Wäschetrockner kaputt ging, weshalb sie uns die Möglichkeit gegeben hätte, die Buchung zu stornieren. Für uns war das überhaupt kein Problem und wir sind sehr froh, dass wir in Brendas Apartment übernachten durften. Es hat alles, was das Herz begehrt und mehr. Danke nochmal dafür, Brenda!

Victor was an exceptional host, reaching out before check-in to ensure everything went smoothly, even with my last-minute booking. He was incredibly helpful and informed me about the charming café in the building—a gem for coffee and delicious breakfast options. The space itself was small but beautifully furnished, thoughtfully stocked with essentials, and the bathroom was a standout with its modern design and luxurious rain shower. While the building was a touch noisy at times, it didn’t detract from the overall peaceful and enjoyable experience. Victor’s attentiveness, especially in promptly providing fresh towels when I extended my stay, made this a truly delightful visit. Highly recommend!

This property was an amazing space for my friends and I to enjoy the lake! I think it's the best spot in the entire area to relax and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Deborah was extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely be coming back here soon.

House was amazing felt just like home! Quiet neighborhood. We really didn’t have any complaints form the other guest only that they where amazed when they walked in. We would love to stay in this home again some day.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is older but with the updated decor and comfortable beds you hardly noticed. Absolutely charming decor and plenty of space for us! The beds and blankets are so so comfortable! We all slept so well! We will absolutely be back to stay! Thank you!

Alfonso was a great host! He graciously opened his home to a crew of men that were working on a construction project near by. We are very appreciative Alfonso for letting use use his home for the last several months. If they guys needed anything he was responsive and helpful! If we ever have another job in the area we will definitely reach out again to book this house.

I can't say enough nice things about this house and Mark. The house was in a very convenient location, literally a few minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. Check-in was super easy, and the house looks just like the pictures. Everything was very clean. I've stayed in several AirBNB properties over the years, and Mark was by far the best at communication. He was very easy to get ahold of and always let us know pertinent information like when the pool people were coming. I would absolutely stay again if I'm ever back in Cali!

This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

Tara made this very easy to get in and out. The place was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Rooms were comfortable. Having two bathrooms is a plus. Its not far from China Peak, about 30 minutes. The place was quiet, parking was easy. We'd return.

Sally's place was a great home-base for skiing at china peak mountain, about 30 minutes away. we loved the place, it was large, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches with coffee, lotion, extra blankets etc. The home was cozy warm and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo is lovely it was nice and warm when we arrived just after 9pm. They have all the basic supplies you need and lots of extras like cooking supplies, salt pepper, oil. Clean dish brushes, enough coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, for your entire stay! This is definitely appreciated I have rated the property 5 stars as it did not affect us, there are 2 large bedrooms, with a large walk in robe with door off the master. Not 3 bedrooms.

This house was super clean, great location and beautiful views. If we did have any issues the host got back to us asap! We would definitely recomend this house to others and stay here again in the future.

Place was perfect for a simple snowboard trip we booked last minute . Had a spa that was a plus. Clean, small, simple. All the basics nothing fancy, but worth it…I ended up leaving behind my laptop and host got to back to me later that day. Couldn’t have been more happy about that!! Thank you
