Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

I needed a place to stay for a week. Ben's place was perfect, location was 5 minute from my daughters school. I'm very familial with the area so i knew where to go but i was very impressed with the place. I have stayed at various air bnb's and this is by far the best ive stayed in. All the amenities are as described and everything you require is in the flat. The only thing i would say is the pictures don't do it justice, the place is better than advertised.

Had a lovely stay in an area we already knew but had been booked for attendance at an event in the village. Easy to find, the pub across the road produced some lovely Thai food and atmosphere. The accommodation was perfect for us and of a high standard - would certainly recommend.

Great week at the Cottage. Although we know the area well it was nice to experience the peace and quiet here. It’s the definition of small but perfectly formed. Everything is high quality, well thought out (plenty of storage and plugs!) and it’s all well finished. The kitchen has everything; loved the super hi tech oven and the work space. The under floor heating is wonderful. Bed was comfy and the bathroom is super - with a great wet room style shower. The garden is a really good size, and both seating areas are private and get the sun throughout the day, it was also totally secure for our dog (poo bags and bin provided!).The views are exceptional with plenty of wildlife (woodpeckers, deer, birds of prey and sheep!). The added bonus of the private woods and heath across the road were wonderful, especially in the evening. Ginny and Andrew were super to deal with too.

Great value and would stay here again. Jay was very welcoming and provided extra bedding for the sofa bed too. We were able to store some snacks in the fridge to have when we returned from the wedding reception. Tea and coffee provided for us to help ourselves to in the flat, which was a welcome bonus in the morning. Thanks Jay and I would strongly recommend this nice private place to relax after a day out.
