Barbora is wonderful! The apartment is PERFECT! We fell in love with Desenzano because of the apartment! The bikes were very fun to ride by the lake. We had the best family vacations!

An amazing pool area and view from balcony were the best. Apartment has everything you need, even playstation for kids. Mauro is very helpful host always ready to help you in any question! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Valeria's apartment. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities very. Check-in was very easy and Valeria was always available. In 2 minutes walk you are at the lake. Parking is available directly at the property. The apartment has a great location for trips around Lake Garda. Valeria's hospitality was meaningful. Well, she even gave us a little welcome gift. We definitely recommend this apartment.

I can only say that Gianfranco has always made himself available . We found a super furnished apartment with every comfort, cleanliness. A place worthy of relaxation. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment for two nights and highly recommend it! Ireen welcomed us with beautiful energy and genuine laughter. She gave us an introduction to the apartment, which is perfectly located. Garda Lake is vast, and we weren’t sure where to stay, but we were so happy with our choice in the end. In the morning, you can relax on the small balcony and enjoy the first rays of sunlight and a beautiful Italian view. A refreshing swim is just a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. After a day out, you can return to shower (just note that water pressure can be an issue in the area), then head down the stairs to catch a breathtaking sunset and treat yourself to gelato by the lake. Elisa was also incredibly responsive and caring throughout our stay, and her collection of books is a lovely touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

We had a room with a terrace and could sit outside super. The room was super clean and very tidy. It was also great that we could use the existing bicycles, SUP, and kayaks. Giulia and her sister organize rolls and are always nice and approachable. Will come again anytime

Great apartment. Ideal for the Three of us. Not huge but everything you need. Small development of around 10/12 apartments. Wonderful view of the Lake from patio. Huge Pool & others have said practically had it to ourselves during the week. Good local restaurants, Mara was an excellent friendly host. Highly recommended😁

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The apartment is small but very well equipped - we lacked nothing. We especially liked the proximity to the lake and the city center. Boris is very helpful and responds quickly. We will be happy to come back!

A lovely apartment that fit the description and was in a quiet, private residence with lake views from the roof terrace and pool area. Located well to get to near by lake towns and walking distance to Moniga and near by amenities. Marco was a fabulous host, friendly, accommodating and very helpful with local knowledge. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Apartment provided everything we needed. Glad we hired a car and parking available. Would be happy to visit again.

We had a wonderful week in the best weather. We received a very warm welcome by Claudia. The apartment is modern, well equipped, was very clean and completely quiet. The lake view and sunrises are fantastic. Never turned on the two TVs, but enjoyed the view on the balcony. Very well-kept garden with pool and private jetty to the lake. Access to the fenced atrium through an electric gate. In addition to its own car parking space directly in front of the house, 2 underground parking spaces belong to the apartment. Supermarket (open daily also on Sundays) across the street. Walking distance to restaurants. Top recommendation

We are a family of 3 adults and 2 babies. Marta was very accommodating, she arranged cots and high chairs for our babies which was amazing to have on holiday. The location is perfect, only a 7 minute walk into Peschiera del Garda along the walk way, gorgeous restaurant next door (I'll Forte cappuccini) and literally just on the lake. The pool area is beautiful. Marta and Matilde were great at communicating with us. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. We are a family of five, with three boys aged 12-20. Nice apartment with plenty of room We especially enjoyed the large and great private outdoor area, with several seating groups, both in the sun and shade. Large, clean and great pool, where we were often was to ourselves. Incredibly beautiful and peaceful area, with a short distance to many beautiful cities and towns. We visited Lazise, Sirmione, Verona and Bardolino among others. Can recommend a trip to all of these places. The apartment has private road access down to the beach. On the beach there is a little rocky in the water (fresh water), and some murky water. Nice beach but we enjoyed ourselves best by the pool. Washing machine, barbecue and fully equipped kitchen to cook for yourself, while also enjoying great restaurants in the many nearby villages. Parks like Gardaland, Movieland are only a few minutes drive away. Highly recommend having a car. Extremely friendly, punctual and helpful host.

A fantastically beautiful new apartment with all the necessities. Roberto and Elena do everything they can to make you feel at home. The apartment is in a very nice enclosed resort. The area is when-mindly beautiful. We are very happy to have booked w***e. If we go to Lake Garda again, we will definitely come back here with great pleasure.

A great stay as a couple in an idyllic setting, perfect for relaxing! :)) Note for those who are more sensitive to noise: you can hear footsteps on the stairs above the bathroom, and the French door lets in outside sounds.

The studio apartment is situated 5 minutes on foot from the train station if Marone. The studio finds itself in the ground floor with a view into a beautiful garden and the lake in the background. it was a pleasure waking up in this beautiful setting! Matteo and his mother are very kind hosts; always ready to help and giving all the private space that is needed.

Great house with direct access to the lake (incredible view), barbecue and outdoor shower, charming garden planted with olive trees. Spacious and functional apartment. A little dark but it's a blessing in summer, because it stays cool despite the heat. Nicola is adorable, responsive and precise in her feedback. I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Our first visit to Lake Garda ( It’s indeed a paradise ) was made cozier - thanks to Ricardo’s home … it’s suited for family of 4, at fantastic location ( places like Malcisine , Riva Del Garda , Lazise & many others are so easily accessible..& a short drive away )… close to great restaurants, lake just behind the house , supermarket nearby .. I would highly recommend this place … kitchen for us was very important & this place had it all - very functional kitchen with everything equipped .. hosts were both very communicative & helpful .. I’ll certainly come back here again next year … Regards

We liked it very much! We will be happy to ☺️ come back. As Germans, we would have liked to have had another toaster, but that would also be the only shortcoming. There are many fishermen in😅 front of the door all day, which is somewhat calming.

It was really nice with our son there, the address was a little difficult to find, but it was very nice there and we will definitely come back. Everyone was super nice to our son and you are not overwhelmed by tourists. A socket in our place was defective, which was not a problem for us and did not affect us. I've rarely seen such clean campground showers. The socket was repaired only after our visit. And for check-in there was a little welcome gift and everyone was super sweet. My son even received a small cuddly toy as a gift.:) Highly recommended especially for the price. Only I would recommend to everyone to open the windows regularly in the evening or possibly to leave them open to sleep, as it quickly gets warm.

The place was lovely and completely sufficient! Very nice contact and quickly reachable for questions. The terrace is very beautiful, you have a view over the whole lake incl. Sunset. The apartment can be reached after 54 steps, as it is a penthouse. One challenge was definitely parking in the garage, especially with a large car. However, bicycles are available free of charge if you want to move the car only a little. We had a lovely holiday, would come back any time.
