Visited Puerto Rico on 7 previous occasions and looked at this apartment thinking how cool it would be to stay here. It didn't disappoint. It was amazing. Everything about the place was brilliant. Location, views, space inside, proper internet, brilliant aircon in living area and the two bedrooms, great kitchen with all the things we needed, two toilets always a bonus and a private sun terrace at the back of the apartment with two sunbeds. There is a dedicated parking space for the apartment, that was ok with a small car. The only thing, and it's a small thing, was maybe they could add umbrellas on the roof top terrace and one on the private terrace at the back of this apartment. But overall amazing stay and we will return. Thanks so much for a great stay.

We had a great week in Santa Lucia! The small village has everything you need, is beautiful and is perfectly located to start excursions in all directions. The house is beautiful, big, clean and is equipped with everything you need. The big plus is the wonderful roof terrace, where we spent a lot of time in the sun from early morning as well as until late at night. The exchange with David was smooth and we can only recommend the address. Thank you for everything !

We had a great stay at Victor's place with our kids and grandparents! The house really has everything you need for a great vacation, especially with kids. It's not fancy but has everything to make it feel like home. There were a bunch of toys and umbrellas for the beach, lots of board games and other toys that were put to good use! It was easy to cook at home with all utensils available in the kitchen and with Mercadona within a walking distance. There are also a few restaurants by the beach, we really recommend Tribu, with amazing sushi! The pool area is really nice and always had sun beds available and generally not crowded at all. Victor was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and was there in less than 30 minutes with a new coffee machine when the other one broke! He also accommodated a late checkout since we had an evening flight back. The beds are very comfortable, which is not that common in Airbnbs.

The apartment was clean and as in the pictures. The apartment had all the basic necessities and more. Each room had own air conditioning/heating. The best part of the apartment was the balcony, it is huge, sunny and the view is amazing! The Loma Verde complex was really fine and the pool area was nice. The apartment and the neighborhood are quiet. Joe was a friendly host, he replied fast, the keys were handed over personally, water and wine were waiting for us. The location is on a hill, so there is a lot of climbing... We only missed blackout curtains, a smoke alarm and extinguisher, and "home and neighborhood guidebook". Fantastic two weeks!
