Authentic historical BA house with eclectic artsy decoration. Quirky layout with most rooms around a partly covered central patio with huge functionnal parilla. Comfortable beds. Small kitchen. Well equipped. Various options for food supplies 2 blocks away. Hosts are very helpful and communicative. Very recommended.

Claudio was super friendly and helpful as soon as I booked my stay with him! I was flying in late and he was accommodating to my late check in time. He is one of the nicest hosts I’ve had! Very much appreciate his guidance.

A very cheerful house ideal for enjoying the garden, its garden, the pool and the barbecue. The area is very nice with many options for walking, biking and eating. Silvana and Connie were very attentive with us and the communication was excellent! We had a very nice time there. Thank you!

The apartment was in optimal condition. Clean and very bright. María Luján, her host, was very attentive and was always available for anything. I recommend it!

I can't say enough good things about this place and Erica’s hospitality. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless — check-in was smooth, the space was spotless, and every little detail was thoughtfully prepared. The apartment was bright, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for what I needed — peaceful, and close to cafés, restaurants, nature, and more. What truly stood out, though, was the host herself. Erica’s clear communication, thoughtful touches, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. Whether you're visiting for work, relaxation, or exploration, I genuinely believe this place is a gem. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and high-quality stay.

Everything is spectacular! Easy access and the area is very nice for walking, with many bars/cafes just a few blocks away. The house is very nice and comfortable, we will definitely be back! My only criticism was to add curtains with blackouts for the main room.

We loved staying at Manu's place to stay at Manu's place. The house is super comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious, well located. Manu's parents welcomed us and were around every time we need a tip or help, they were super thoughtful and tireless with us.

Thank you for a great stay, Lucas. He took care of our needs and things we appreciated included stainless steel pots and pans, nice green space, clean BBQ, clean house (we have high standards for that). The house was great, few ups and downs with power and internet but it was quickly resolved. They were patient with us and kind. Mateo and Nai as well, these are all decent people with a good place. Whatever issues came up when we left, I believe they are already resolving (blinds and a small leak).

The landlords were super helpful and nice, explained everything to us and could also speak English. They lent us bikes to explore the coast. They took great care of our well-being and were easily accessible for questions. We felt really safe because they live right next door and know the area very well. San Isidro Bajo is a super relaxed area with access to the water, many paths in green areas. Also within walking distance of very nice restaurants and cafes for breakfast, also (at least) a supermarket. The apartment is very quiet and it is all there for a relaxing break from the center of Buenos Aires.
