An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

My kids and I enjoyed our weekend at Hugo’s place we felt at home very comfortable and we made some good memories there we would definitely book again in the future. It was kid friendly with building blocks, and other outdoor activities stored in the garage we enjoyed the backyard space as well.

Lovely little place in a great neighborhood and area. I would easily recommend to a friend and come back next time!

This was our 4th time staying at The Cottage Grove Haus. So there is something to be said for that. Mike is an amazing, generous host. We're so lucky he shares this gem. We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

Great location, right in walking distance of Main Street and plenty to keep you busy. The home itself is very clean and has a beautiful bathroom set up with terrific running hot water. Had a pleasant stay and would definitely book again! :)

Lovely, cozy upstairs unit located just a short walk to a very nice section of beach. Stayed one night on a Saturday and enjoyed every moment. The host was responsive, kind, and helpful. Would stay again!

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at Wendy’s place for a girls weekend. We immediately felt right at home. Her stay is beautiful and close to many restaurants and things to do. Staying in Natalie’s place with my family of 4 plus our pet maltese felt like home. The condo was warm and inviting and had everything we needed. We all loved the location right next to Boulder Bay Park and literally a few steps to the lake. I am hoping to come back when it’s warmer and be able to launch my stand up paddle board so close to where I stay. Overall, had a lovely time, and appreciate Natalie’s kindness. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.
