The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, etc., a bathroom with a bathtub and shower cabin, a dining table and a small seating area. Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
