An enjoyable one night stay for a friend's celebration. The apartment is perfectly located for all Yarm has to offer, and just a short walk to the high street. Everything was as the description, and extremely comfortable. Ollie had thoughtfully left milk in the fridge (both plant based and normal), and there was tea and coffee available. Ollie was available to meet me when I arrived and left, he was an excellent host and responded very quickly when I contacted him the day before arriving. I would recommend the apartment and would very happily stay again.

Not the first time we’ve stayed at this place and hopefully won’t be the last. Great location, nice and quiet, great views of the North Bay, lovely, clean and spacious accommodation. Private parking is easy and helpful. All local amenities close by and within walking distance. We use it as a great central location for visiting other local seaside towns as well as enjoying what Scarborough has to offer. Thank you for making our stay wonderful

We were very pleased with the apartment and the service provided to us. The apartment was clean, quiet and on a lovely location and view of Peasholm Park. We felt that some of the pictures on the apartment on the Airbnb site didn’t quite do it justice. The communications from our host were always timely and gave exactly the information needed. We will look to book the apartment again when we next visit Scarborough again (probably next year, now).

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Value for money. Pristine. Fantastic hamper - very kind. Decorated for Christmas- lovely touch. Would love to return and stay as our son is at York University for another 2 years. So peaceful. Lovely accessibility to green spaces. Thank you very much Ellie 💖

This was our third at Sally’s place and we continue to enjoy it! Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a weekend away, perfect for small children and young families. We will be back again, I am sure!

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

beautiful place! spent a few nights here, felt right at home in the cozy living room and the spacious kitchen was a really nice change of pace from what I'm used to. felt very safe walking round the area too - great location, super convenient and aesthetically pleasing. hall & landing lights are quite dim as mentioned in another review, but not a huge issue if you have a phone flashlight. beds were comfortable and bedrooms themselves very spacious but didn't feel barren. lots of friendly neighbourhood cats dropping daily visits helped to ease the homesick a little of missing my own :) can easily recommend this stay! one thing to bare in mind is stairs up to 3rd floor bedrooms are quite steep and narrow with a fairly low bannister, to be expected from house of this style & age but as there is very little space outside bedroom doors these could be problematic for those with mobility/coordination issues - we didn't have any issues ourselves, but may not be super accessible to everyone.

We stayed here for a few days and it was really good. Great accommodation and beautifully presented. Fab location in a busy town with lots of pubs and eating places. Fantastic for walking on the nearby North Yorkshire Moors. We will definitely visit again in the future.

As a large family group we had a great stay - just wish it could have been longer. Loads of space for our group of 9 adults and a one year old. The garden is huge and the play area at the bottom was a big hit with our grandson. Would definitely stay again.

We were staying up there for my Sons wedding , then we stayed on a little over Christmas to see the children . The Ubers are amazing and I just downloaded the app ‘Uber eats ‘ as well and they can do a shop for you from the Coop ,Sainsbury’s and Tesco and more . Uber travel was very good and reasonable . Area of house is great for Newcastle , Durham or Bernard castle area . Rooms are a good size , beds comfortable. Walking for elderly parents was nice and they increased their fitness immensely , as the fresh air has helped them along with the trips to the countryside which is all around . Very Clean throughout . Comfy sofa and large chair. Great for a family . Garden is enclosed and very safe . Rachel has been a very kind host , and fast to respond to any querys , I would recommend the area and the home , the locals are friendly and there’s a Tesco express which has a bit of everything , in walking distance . Warm and welcoming, banister on stairs plenty of cupboards . A*

Had a fantastic stay here. A family of 4 (2 teen boys), my brother in law and 2 dogs. Great location - an easy walk into town and very quiet too. The host was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable - lovely fresh, clean and crisp white linen. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitby.

Fantastic 3 night stay. Fully equipped and excellent location. Would, without hesitation, highly recommend. Second bedroom is a little small, but perfectly adequate. Two bathrooms is a bonus. We will definitely return. A Super Host for a reason. Thank you

a fabulous apartment with a great host, in an really good location with a fresh selection of restaurants withun 10 min walk as well as supermarkets and other shops. Well equipped kitchen, and good coffee. loved the balcony with a view over the marina. This was my third stay so that should tell you how awesome I think it is.

Great last minute stay for what my partner and I wanted. Very friendly host and nice touches in the accomodation. It was our fault we didn't realise there was no oven- but we where surrounded by places to eat and shops so it was no issue. Couldn't fault the stay and was great value for money.

Great apartment in centre of Malton, few minutes walk to all shops bars and restaurants. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy glass of fizz in the afternoon lots of sun. Loved the deep bath however, only use hot water on running as runs cold very quickly. Patsy was great very quick to respond and very accommodating with check in / out times. This is the second time i have stayed here, the flat was spotlessly clean on both occasions, the location is great and the views are superb, the flat is fully equipped with everything I needed and the secure off street parking is a fantastic added extra. Will certainly be staying again.

Beautiful clean high quality cottage, perfect for 2 people, greeted by John and Lyndsey, such friendly hosts without being intrusive. Very welcoming to receive a some vital items on arrival like wine, milk, bread, butter, jam and more. Fabulous location in a quiet village, can only hear the birds tweeting. Perfect for walking right on the cinder track. Two pubs within walking distance. Would definitely recommend. We will be returning there some day in the future. Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
