We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

The bungalow was peaceful and had all the amenities I needed. I loved having a walk-in closet for a week of business in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and not congested with plenty of space for parking. The gravel backyard made it very convenient for dog play and clean-up ; ) Kelsey was friendly and prompt to respond. I look forward to staying there again!

I stay at Allison's place whenever I'm in Sacramento. It is always clean and comfortable. Allison leaves coffee and a basket of little treats that I enjoy after hours on the road. The place is clean and quiet and the yard is well kept and perfect for me and my dog.

Very clean and peaceful home. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The horses were beautiful to see from the window every morning. They accepted our pets and home was pet friendly- their dogs do roam the property but pretty much stayed away from the guesthouse. Convenient and safe location! Would definitely stay again. Always a comfortable place for me to stay when visiting family in Oakdale. The sheets and linens are always nice and cute. Not old or second hand. The yard is beautiful, and in April exploding with flowering trees and roses. Most of all Margie is kind, flexible and easy to talk to!

It was the perfect place for me and my puppy to stay during the holidays. It was very cozy and comfy. We had everything that we needed. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Cheryl is very friendly and quick to respond to questions.

Judy is a jewel! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we could possible have wanted. The neighborhood is quiet and leafy and just perfect for us and our dog. We were sad to have to leave when it came time to check out. Judy is such a kind and wonderful host, and the resident pugs are adorable:) It was a perfect week.

The home was perfect, it was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our home away from home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home--pool, hot tub, tvs, arcade, putting green, fire pit, games, sitting areas, keurig, room to spread out. The home was very clean and all the appliances were in working order. Decor of the home was so bright and cheerful. Clear instructions were provided days before checking in to when we had to check out. The neighborhood was quiet and a short distance away from all the things we wanted to do in Sacramento. Now the host, wow, Rashad was above and beyond an exceptional host, very responsive and helpful for any questions or help we needed. I highly recommend him and this home, and will absolutely love to return in a future visit. Thank you Rashad, this was a truly wonderful stay.

This home was more beautiful in person the house had everything you possibly need. And the view was amazing. Very easy to get to and Arthur was very attentive gave us our space but asked if we needed anything to let him know. Home was very cozy felt like home away from home I will definitely recommend staying here, we will definitely book again anytime we like to get away.

Amazing hosts, amazing house, amazing farm! The house was clean and equipped with everything you could need, especially catered to children. Deanna got the kids involved right away with the farm animals and gave us free range of the property and amenities-including playing with the bunnies while she was away. She took tons of pictures of the kids and several group shots which she sent us the next day. Such a memorable and special weekend with the family. We’d love to come back!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

Enjoyed the little cottage. Cute place! For it being as small as it is, it had a lot. Steam shower was cool! Hot tub was nice! Only downfall to the hot tub was we were only able to get half the jets to work. We utilized the bbq and fire pit! Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Lots of space to spread out. Great view and access to water. Kitchen is well stocked with all the tools needed. Sarah is very responsive.

Cynthia is wonderful and welcoming. I enjoyed having the opportunity to chat with her after I checked in to the property. The studio is comfortable and quiet. The backyard is so pretty and inviting. Loved picking oranges from the gorgeous tree in the garden. Cynthia’s sweet pup, Toby, is a delight and an excellent co-host. I look forward to future stays.

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

Jagtar and Monique were great host! my family had asked for a earlier check in and they were able to accommodate us . We felt right at home apon arrival to a clean, nice home with lots of space for the whole family including small children.. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. I would definitely recommend booking with Jagtar if you are in the area.

Very nice area and house right on the lake. Our Grandson and daughter enjoyed the paddle boat and we had fun fishing. We didn’t catch anything and weren’t sure if there were any fish until a guy in a boat was catching fish by our dock. I’m sure as usual we weren’t using the right bait or lure. 12 year old grandson enjoyed playing basketball at the park nearby but the 7 year old was disappointed the play structure at the park was under construction. But there were other play structures nearby we could drive to.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Jennifer’s! The cottage is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were clear, check in was simple, and the cottage looked just like the photos. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennifer and Craig were also very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. There were also many restaurants/shops nearby! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

The house is located in a good area if you are visiting the Lodi and Stockton area. Easy to find being located on the corner. The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen was nice. The beds were in good condition and the washer & dryer were an added bonus.

Very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities. The view over the water was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, not a lot of traffic. Check in was simple. The house was not cluttered. It was great for our family with an 8 year old and a 4 year old. Definitely would stay here again.
