Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

When you walk in, it feels like a place made for hunters and fishers but my family absolutely used the home like a family home. Plenty of beds and 3 bathroom was a PLUS. Comfortable beds and lots of blankets and pillow, ALSO A PLUS. We really ENJOYED our stay. Lots of fishing areas around and close to gas station which was helpful. Will definitely rent again when we’re around the boarder of MN and SD. Neighbors were peaceful and the kids had so much fun being outside.

My brother and I came up for a fishing trip and had a great time. The fishing was great. We also had a great time spending our evenings on the dock overlooking the lake. Had plenty of space inside for both of us. I would definitely come back again

Great location for hiking at Big Stone Lake State Park and the National Wildlife Refuge. Very close to the headwaters of the MN River too. The lake is just across the street too so would be a great location if you want to do some boating or fishing too. The beds were comfortable and the space was just what we needed for two adults and a baby.
