Apartment vacation rentals in Loch Lomond

The apartment was exactly as described and in the pictures - fantastic value and very smart in comparison to other accommodation in the area. Gordon is incredibly professional and we’re really glad we chose to stay here. Some amazing hiking around the Loch too.

We had a wonderful stay at Moya’s place. The home was spotless, with fresh linen and everything in perfect condition. Moya is a thoughtful and generous host who truly goes above and beyond. She gave us great local recommendations and had even created her own info sheets about the area, which were incredibly helpful. She also provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We felt very well looked after and would absolutely stay again if we return to Balloch.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the abbey. Great location for exploring all the historical sites Dunfermline has to offer. The welcome package was a nice touch! The beds were comfy and loved the crockery and tea cup varieties. The only caveat was free parking — a 15 min uphill stroll, yet pleasant, through Pittencrieff Park :)

Really beautiful location and lots of helpful hints. Everything you need is here, really useful to have private parking. It was a busy weekend while we were there and we really didn’t notice any road noise that others have commented on. And plenty of towels which sometimes I feel are rationed!

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. Views from windows and balcony are stunning, ever changing skies and sea, with gannets, oystercatchers, ringed plovers, herons. Spotted an otter on the beach late one evening, lots of wildlife to be seen on Arran. We also saw golden eagles, red squirrels, seals, deer. Simply Thai restaurant next door was excellent, eat in and takeaway. Everyone in village was very friendly and helpful. Beverley and Patrick were ideal hosts, responding immediately when we had a problem (of our own making!). Hope to return.

The flat was perfect and well located for our visit. Lots to do on GreatWestern Road and close to the subway stop. We felt quite at home and relaxed during our stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location among bars and restaurants, easy bus connections. Well equipped kitchen to cook and big living area. Farzana sent detailed check in instructions which helped everything run smoothly. Free parking on nearby roads on a weekend was helpful for our stay.

What a fabulous place to stay. So much to discover. Loved the single track road to Oban, especially spending time just watching the highland cows and calves. Oban itself was wonderful and had The Best Fish and Chip shop ever!!! (As recommended by Rick Stein). The grounds of Lonan house were superb and led to many varied walks. The apartment was a real home from home. Glencoe is only a stones throw away and although we didn’t get to visit Mull or Kererra the majesty of these islands brings tears to my eyes when I stand and observe them from the harbour in Oban. After a week in the bosom of Lonan House we genuinely did not want to leave. Thank you to Elaine and Malcolm for all the little extra touches that made us and our two little dogs feel so welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at Emma and Steven's apartment. It was spotless, cosy and fully equipped for a relaxing break. We really liked the location, with great walks nearby and Oban just a short drive away. Be sure to visit the newly reopened Taynuilt Inn at the end of the road - a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Stayed for a few nights before the West Highland Way Race. Enjoyed how close it was to the city but removed enough to be quiet.

Lovely little flat with a great location for exploring Loch Lomond, Glasgow and even the highlands. Easy to check in, good facilities and well presented just like the photos. host was responsive and really friendly. would definitely stay again!

We had a great week in Tarbet. The apartment is just lovely and really special, situated in an 18th century house. It's calm and comfortable with all the necessary things. Great location to explore the surrounding Highland mountains and to relax by the loch. Keep in mind that Tarbet has 1-2 restaurants and a little takeaway for coffee, but besides the train station that is it. So best do your shopping on your way there, especially if you don't drive by car. We thoroughly enjoyed it - so relaxing!

Susan's place was wonderful and had such charm. We used it as a chance to explore Loch Lomond and the surrounding area. Parking was easy, everything was as described. I would definitely recommend!

We came to Arran for a golf trip. Four aspiring golfers in our fifties. Claire’s place had ample space for us all, was well provisioned with books and games and the kitchen had everything we needed, It’s nicely appointed and makes you feel like you are on holiday by the sea. The shop and coffee shop next door was brilliant and stocked with great local and high end products. Overall great place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Lorraine’s place was great, big living space and comfortable beds with an apartment full of great amenities. 9 of us across 2 apartments was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5

We had a fantastic stay! It was even prettier than the pictures, the view was amazing, and it was super clean and easy to use. That hot tub was a great bonus. We loved it and can't wait to come back. Such a peaceful place to stay at!

We loved Aimee’s place and would def book again. It was peaceful and calm, clean and tidy and a home away from home with the added bonus of the hot tub. We had a fantastic time :)

Lesley was a welcoming, kind and friendly host. Everything was perfect in the apartment and exactly as described. It was helpful to have her living on site as she could assist us with any issues immediately; especially with bad weather warnings and giving directions and tips about the area. She was flexible with the checkout times due to the snow which helped us alot. She facilitated our pet cat very well. We are grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home so warmly and generously. We highly recommend this location as its beautiful and would come again. We give Lesley a full, 5 star thumbs up for her impeccable service. Thanks!

Gillian was a great host, very friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing few days spending some quality time with family in this gorgeous apartment. The games room, hot tub and lovely garden were spot on. Highly recommend for a getaway

Jo's place is so lovely. It is only 10 minutes car ride to the city centre and 5 minutes to the train station. The area is quiet, the backyard is so relaxing and private. The beds are so comfortable and linens were very clean. Jo had the table set up for us upon arrival; coffee, and treats set out as well. Jo was very quick to respond when we had questions about anything. The only regret we have is that we did not use the hot tub! we loved Glasgow and told Jo we would be back and would absolutely book again! Thank you Jo! 🥰
