We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. Cozy house with a touch of rustic style on a ground floor. It consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bunk bed + single bed), a small patio, a living room with a sofa, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The house is about 15 minutes walk from the beach (5 minutes by car). Pet fees. It has air conditioning & fans. It does not have heating, but there are radiators. The house is equipped: cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels and wardrobes.

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.
