Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.

A sandy beach is visible, bordered by a palm-lined promenade. Seaside seating is provided for visitors, while the calm water reflects clear blue skies. People can be seen lounging on the sand, creating a relaxed atmosphere along the coast.

The accommodation was perfect, close to the beach, fair, restaurants, flea market. Great treatment. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is fantastic for a few days of rest. Beach 100 meters away, restaurant areas and fair 200 meters away. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The hosts were very kind. We will definitely repeat!!

Beautiful two bedroom appartment on first floor overlooking the marina in San Pedro. Well maintained and high quality finish. Excellent location, lots of restaurants and facilities nearby. One of the toilet seats was not secured properly- a minor fix needed. Well equipped and very comfortable. A great stay.

Nice flat down a quiet street. Good value walking distance to a nice bit of the beach with a few quiet bars and restaurants, also access to the Marina walkable if you’re fit! It’s about a 20 minute walk to the lively end of the beach where there are a few more bars and restaurants. Monday morning is the market, which is the best place to buy fruit and vegetables. Dai super market is walking distance and well stocked and good value.

A well-lit room features two individual beds with light-colored bedspreads. Each bed is accompanied by a small bedside table. A piece of art depicting blossoms is displayed on the wall, and a doorway to another room is visible in the background.

Santi was a wonderful host, very flexible and very attentive. The accommodation was perfect, the kitchen was very well-equipped and the bathroom was very spacious. Located in a quiet area and very close to the beach. Also, being on the ground floor, it was very convenient to go with a baby. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.

Perfect apartment, good location and quiet. I had a bunch of things that make your stay more comfortable. Kitchen (toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, as well as everything you need). Living room (computer, we carry our own, but it is a detail, huge tv, lights, beautiful lamps), large garage square and wide entrance, which in the area are not all. Sheets, towels, etc ..... very good. With pleasure and taking care of the details
