I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment and everything was absolutely perfect! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by safety, which was very available and attentive. The apartment is impeccably clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The amenities are modern and functional, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The bedding is of excellent quality, we slept very well. In addition, the location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants and public transportation. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice and carefree place. We will come back here without hesitation

We've been really good. It is very complete and the photos do not disappoint. It is exactly as it looks and the only thing is that the store is a little far to walk if you want to buy a lot, but if you just want to buy something like coffee and such, it is a short walk

Fantastic just, very responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and tidy and located perfectly. Would definitely book again.

'El Verano Eterno' House

If you are looking for peace and quiet, a lovely location, tight security, and a nice golf course, look no further! Our family of four (including 2 young kids) stayed for a month and loved our visit. The park at the entrance to the resort was a lovely spot. My kids and I enjoyed playing all kinds of make-believe games. Siska is a brilliant host, and responded immediately to each message. Thanks, Siska! I have been to several resorts and this was definitely the most conscientious group of security officers. The whole lot of them were bilingual, and friendly. There were regular patrols. The only drawback is that it is about 15 minutes by car to the nearest town. So, unless you plan to get your groceries at the resort's Spar and "dine out" exclusively at the resort's restaurant, you will want to bring/rent a car.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The balcony view of the pool was gorgeous — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The resort itself is peaceful and beautifully maintained, with excellent amenities including pools, restaurants, and of course, the golf course! It’s a great base for exploring the Murcia region, and the beaches of the Costa Cálida are just a short drive away. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

What a lovely place to have as a base for getting out. It always felt like a little "coming home" after a long day. Everything is perfectly fine. If you have any questions, we also got a smooth answer from Maarten and Sophie. It is also nice to the domain that there is continuous surveillance and that there is a shop that is open until late (ideal after a day trip). We arrived around midnight and got help to find the apartment and to find the right lock. Very very nice. Also very nice were the folder that were ready with possible sights. We had already made a schedule but were still picking up some nice ideas. We'd love to go back. Because we weren't allowed to place our domicile there yet. Thank you for being part of a nice holiday.
