It is an independent, renovated pied-à-terre, furnished to be pleasant and comfortable, which allows you to enjoy the riches of the Catalan coast, Spain, the Pyrenean area and the many walks and hikes possible in the Aspres and surroundings.

Enjoy a stylish 35 m2 accommodation close to shops in the Aspres, 5 min walk to Thuir. It offers one bedroom (140 bed) and a sofa bed. Ideally located in the Catalan hinterland, you are close to nature, 25 minutes from the beaches and 15 minutes from Perpignan. Also on the Roussillon Wine Route. Newly renovated, the cottage is located at the back of a main house and has a private exterior still a bit under construction which explains its low price.
