It is composed of living- kitchen-dining room, a room, a bathroom and an enclosed porch. Living area 30m2 (not including porch of about 6m2). It has ample terrace with views and small garden down stairs with sun.làrium and barbecue. To access the house, there is a right of passage through the neighboring house.
