NORDIC BATH and SAUNA (6 PM/9 PM; €18 per session for the bath and €12 for the sauna. Independent, 42 m² accommodation, not overlooked, refurbished, located at the end of our villa. Pool ONLY between 01/06 and 30/09, reservations only from Saturday to Saturday during this period (1 week min).

Elegant and contemporary apartment in the center of Llívia, ideal for families or small groups of up to 6 people looking for comfort and style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet, with spacious and very bright spaces, decorated with a modern and careful design that transmits calm and well-being. In the same building you will find ski rentals, ski passes and classes with transportation included. Shops and restaurants within walking distance to enjoy the village without a car.

Cozy ground floor, well decorated and with all the amenities with access to the garden and community pool. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living-dining room. It has a terrace where you can have a good coffee with mountain views. Quiet area with no parking problems and with 1 parking space in the building (space number 6). Very well connected to the village (Funicular 5 min from the apartment) and with all services 5 minutes away. Ski slopes 15 min away.

Charming little house with private and community garden, private trampoline and pool. Everything is very well cared for and ready to move in. Very quiet and 5 minutes from Puigcerdà. Walking you reach a service area in the neighboring village (Osseja) with traditional bakery, French cinema, and bars. It's a house designed to live in, not to rent. And only in summer there are a few days when we "open the doors", because it seems a shame that no one can enjoy it with how good it is.
