Danyfan Carriage Glamping

LaraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Carriage is in the most perfect location for walking and getting into Brecon. I loved the shower, hot hot water while watching the wildlife. The instruction book in the cabin was really useful, could do with more of that info on the listing. Emma & Stevie provided a lovely setting for an off-grid getaway. Thank you.

The unique geodesic dome is partially obscured by surrounding trees, showcasing its slate-covered exterior and distinctive star-shaped window. The warm light reflecting from the window suggests a cozy interior, while the rustic wooden supports elevate the structure amidst the natural setting.

Chicken house dome

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding in the local area. Beautiful, peaceful, unique little chicken house dome, clearly built with love by Doug. Spotlessly clean, beautiful views and everything you could need is provided for a weekend in the Welsh countryside. Host was super friendly and responsive, and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely touches leaving us fresh milk, Welsh cakes etc! Would definitely stay again if we were in Brecon - thanks so much Doug and Judy 😊

Swn Y Nant. Lodge with hot tub Brecon

GerdaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had such a relaxing stay here! The lodge is in a beautiful, peaceful spot by a stream and felt really private. The hot tub was amazing after climbing Pen y Fan – exactly what we needed. Our dog Nala loved it too, especially the welcome treats 🐶🐾🦴 It’s a perfect base for exploring the area and just unwinding. We’d definitely come back!

Cosy quirky cottage in quiet street

LisaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Just back from our 3rd or is it 4th visit. Excellent as always. Property is exactly as pictured. Very cosy, welcoming and in pristine condition. The location is perfect, 2 minute walk to Aldi. less than 5 minutes to the main high street. Be aware that if you have mobility issues, the stairs do feel very steep. There are hand rails though, so I find them ok, if not a little unnerving. It doesn't put me off repeatedly staying here, but worth a mention in case it is an important factor for guests. Highly recommend this property, and Victoria is a very helpful, responsive and friendly host. We will be back..... again 😊

A beautiful place to stay - we celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was perfect! The views are stunning, and the decked area with hot tub and bbq are great, we loved spending time out there. The inside is also spotless and furnished lovely, we felt so relaxed and were very sad to leave! Would definitely love to return for a longer stay in the future. Also handy for walking up Pen y Fan, which was beautiful.

Brecon Cottage | A Luxury Hikers Retreat

JonnyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Genuinely lovely cottage close and walkable to Brecon town centre. Exactly like the pictures and description. We used it as a base for the Hay Festival and it was a perfect base, and only a 20 minute drive to the festival. Brecon was a lovely little town to explore, too. We managed to park on the street without a problem, which was great, as I know that had been something noted as a challenge in previous reviews. The cottage was incredibly clean and had some lovely homely touches which made us feel very comfortable. It was nice and cosy and just enough for what we needed. Some incredible supermarkets close by... I work for ALDI, so I may be a touch biased... Natalia was also a great host - incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a nice base in the Brecon area.

Beacons Ride Cosy Cottage

KeironRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This lovely little homely cottage was the perfect hub for our visit to the Brecon Beacons. Rural location but check-in details were provided and we were able to find the property with ease. Helen was proactive with providing recommendations and being available when needed. Fuss-free check-in with tea, coffee, milk and a fresh cake being provided, which was a lovely touch. Comfortable bed and fresh towels provided. Parking for Pen y Fan around a 20-minute drive away which was ideal. Great little place and a great host, would recommend!
