House vacation rentals in Llano River

This was an absolutely gorgeous location! Instructions were clear and Ann was very responsive! We appreciate the care given to making our stay wonderful! We will definitely be back!

I wanted to show my parents, who lived in a large city all their lives, how the Milky Way looks. The time was perfect, and I needed the best place to see a clear dark sky. That's when I found Billy's place. Initially, I thought that we could drive out a few miles, if the location is not dark enough. However, this cabin is located in a spot where we just needed to step out of the building. And a gorgeous starry dark sky was right in front. Billy and his team ensured that we did not miss home. All the amenities, including sufficient A/C (a must in Texas summer) were there. Instructions were clear. The appliances worked flawlessly. We loved our time in the cabin. We are honored to have Billy open his doors and share his house with us. We would love to return for more of their hospitality, dark skies, and solitude. We loved it.

We had a great stay in this wonderful house. Of all the airbnbs we've stayed in before, this one matched the photos most perfectly. The house is spacious and exceptionally convenient. The pool is absolutely amazing and we spent hours lounging by it. Kaitlin was exceptionally responsive and always ready to help. The location is fantastic and provided the perfect base for Fredericksburg. We would stay here again in a second.

We stayed here for a quick Spring Break staycation with friends and kids and had a wonderful time!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The property was even better than the pictures – clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The highlight for me was definitely the pool and hot tub. Both were spotless, well-maintained, and created the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The host was outstanding – friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The space was cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and everything I needed was right at my fingertips. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway with the added bonus of your own private pool and hot tub, this is the place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for such an unforgettable stay!

Our family had a blast staying here. It was great and the pool and jacuzzi were the cherry on top. Definitely worth a try! We really enjoyed that it was nestled in the hill country.

Awesome location and host

First of all we didn’t arrive till after midnight, but Joy had already filled me in on everything so check in was a breeze. This is a custom home with lots of thought put into the overall design, from layout to furnishings. Custom bedding, tvs, mini fridge, and even Keurigs in every bedroom. Pantry was stocked with spices, oils, lots of coffee & tea options along with 3 different coffee makers just in the kitchen. High end appliances were a plus 💙 The beautiful pool was a big hit, Joy had plenty of towels and sunscreen. We wanted a peaceful, secluded location with a beautiful pool and all the amenities & Joys fabulous home did not disappoint. Wish we could have stayed longer, guess we will just have to book another mini vacation with Joy.

This place fits our description of comfortable. It was super clean, organized, and not cluttered with stuff. We liked the character of the meticulously restored and remodeled home in a walkable neighborhood. Our only regret is that we booked just two nights.

Host was very quick to respond. My 3 and 5 year old loved it! Everything was very tidy and clean. We have zero complaints about the place! 10/10 recommended!

Super cute and charming home. This home was perfect for our group. We came into town for a wedding and Kristie was so accommodating to let us in a little early to get ready and make sure we were taken care of. We loved that all the rooms had little fans to make noise and keep the air flowing at night. This home is located in a great location and easy to get to all the places in town within minutes. Would definitely book here again if we come back to Llano area!

The Airbnb was beautiful and perfect for our trip. They had everything we needed. Great place for a quick trip to the lake!

Prime location for peace and quiet! The natural beauty surrounding this property will take your breath away. The host was very helpful with the questions we had about the area and was quick to respond. We will definitely be back to The Quiet House!

There is truly nothing like a Texas sunset from this house. We absolutely loved our stay . Cathy was very responsive with everything we need. The location of the house is perfect, right on the lake . The boat deck and the house deck was our favorite part, it was perfect for our family. Cathy’s place was equipped with everything we needed and more.

Thank you Brad for sharing your home. The sunset view was spectacular. I recommend this home if you are looking to go up the mountain. There was lots of fun things to do at the house and in the area.

This is a little slice of Eden! So many birds! I especially liked the hummingbirds! The home is even cuter than the pictures, with so many interesting artifacts from history. We appreciated how well-stocked the little cottage was. We lacked for nothing. She even provided water. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Do note this is a split level home. It looked like one story from the photos but it does have stairs down to the dining room and one of the bedrooms.

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our small family Christmas celebration. We had everything we needed. Dawn was very helpful and quick to respond. We are planning on going again in the summer.

The thing I liked most about this place is that you could go outside and not be ambushed by any noise pollution - no cars, no lawnmowers, no airplanes, no people. Just nature. Complete serenity.

This is an absolute gem! The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and just beautifully designed! The AC was cold, beds were comfy- and we loved playing cornhole in the back yard every day. We took walks around the block each night and admired all the beauty and history. Ate amazing food at Hill & Vine, Prometheus, Hondo’s, Los Tios. Loved the coffee at Sunday Supply and Caliche. (Great breakfast tacos to go from Hilda’s) We will definitely return! Things to note: stairs are fine but steep!! And there was an espresso machine that we really wished we had brought our nice coffee pot. Loved our stay! (Don’t miss design inspiration and shopping at Carol Hicks, Neighbor Modern, Blackchalk and gifts/goodies at Lock Stock & Barrel!)

Great house and the view was amazing. There wasn’t anything close but to do unfortunately and due to the lake being so low, there was no real lake access in the area. The only close food place down the street was closed the whole time we were there. House offered a lot and was very comfortable. There wasn’t anything close construction going on across the street and next door that took away from the peacefulness but that is no fault to the owners. We enjoyed ourselves with what we had. It was nice to just getaway. The pool and pool house was a hit with my kids. Overall it was a nice stay.

What a wonderful serene stay. Very private. We saw no one but the sunset, stars and moon! The pool and hot tub tied our stay very nicely. The hot tub is big. It fit 6 of us comfortably. So many jet options. The art was intriguing. I believe was the owners. Very neat to incorporate into the rental. My friends were in awe with all the nature and amenities in the place. We brought out our kakaraoke machine and sang our hearts out with no worry on bothering the neighbors. Tied in our night with scores over the fire. Billy thought of everything we could think of. So many nooks and crannies to relax in. Already planning our next stay at Billy's place.

Very peaceful and private. We really liked the original furniture pieces, so unique which adds a nice touch. Very comfortable bed! The view is great, esp at night with all the stars. Overall pleased with our stay.
