This is our third stay here and it will definitely not be the last. Is it exaggerating to say that it’s magical? Probably. But it feels that way to my family of 6. My kids are 10, 13, 15 and 17 we have made some core memories here. It’s comfortable and so, so private. The surroundings are beautiful. It’s close enough to Austin and San Antonio to do day trips, but you could relax at the house all week and never need to leave. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and all areas of the house were well stocked. The pool area and screen room were the perfect combination for the sunny days and March madness! All of the beds are comfy, which we all know can make or break a trip. We arrived super late and the hosts left the lights on for us to make our arrival smooth. They were incredibly thoughtful. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My family and I loved our stay, it was cold and raining prior to our arrival but we were able to make the best out of it. Warmed up the fireplace in the house and there was enough room for my whole family to gather and watch a movie. Also took a dip in the warm pool and jacuzzi. Kids were able to play on the playground while the adults gathered around the fireplace outside. We definitely created memorable moments. A purse was left behind and the cleaning crew were honest to let me know they found it. We'll be returning for sure.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Eight of us went for my bachelorette and it could not have been more perfect for us. Everything looked exactly as pictured and was somehow even more comfortable than we expected. Tisha gave super clear instructions on everything from check in to check out. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. We all agreed that we wished we were staying for a one more night. A huge plus was the get ready room. That’s just pure genius. We’d all honestly stay there again in a heartbeat and take more advantage of the fabulous outdoor space.

Absolutely perfect stay! This home in Dripping Springs far exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've had compared to other places our friends stayed in the area. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked. The house itself is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed — we felt right at home the entire time. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking and made for such a relaxing, peaceful escape. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the tranquility of the pool area is unmatched. The check-in process was effortless — so simple and stress-free. THE BEST AIRBNB WE HAVE STAYED AT. We were all very impressed with this home!! Beautiful views, very clean rooms, kitchen was loaded, the gas stove was very awesome, the hot tub was nice and warm upon arrival. We didn’t even leave the home, it was so cozy. The music connection outdoors was nice too! The infinity pool was very nice with an amazing view. The host was very responsive and made sure to accommodate us, we will definitely be back 😍

Loretta was extremely helpful on my last minute booking. She was responsive, courteous, and went out of her way to make sure the place could be ready for us. The place looked exactly like it did in the photos. Gruene was only a 30 minute drive away. It was a great stay. Would definitely rent again.

This property was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. The inside of the house smelled and looked so clean when we arrived. The kitchen was appointed with just about everything you could imagine and certainly everything you need. The hot tub and pool were a hit with the kids. Truong and Thao’a place was amazing! My family and I had a great time! The heated pool was amazing and we used it everyday we stayed. The house was clean with plenty for the kids to do inside. Afton’s home in Admiral Heights was absolutely stunning. If you are looking to stay in the Fredericksburg area you should absolutely stay here. This home is tucked away in the Hill Country and has absolutely stunning views overlooking the natural landscape of this area. We spent so much time in and around the pool soaking in the views, the sunsets, and the stars. The home is beautiful decorated and is comfortable at the same time. The many windows brings the outside in! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - we ended up cooking all our meals in to just enjoy ourselves and the home. The bathroom is impeccable! I’ll be dreaming of that shower for a while. The bedroom is so comfortable and provided restful nights of sleep! The location cannot be beat - we were less than 20 minutes away from some incredible wineries in the surrounding area and took full advantage! Afton was an incredible host ensuring we had all the instructions we needed for a smooth check in/out!

This was an incredible trip and an incredible house. They recently renovated and it looks great. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were amazing. As for outside, the pool, porch, and yard were phenomenal and exactly as the pictures described them. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a weekend getaway outside of Austin.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The hosts were responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I’m Perfect place for a getaway with friends and celebrations. Home is very large, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. Kitchen was stocked with any utensils needed, etc. Outdoor areas were perfect for hosting our birthday party. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
