Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. A peaceful, rustic, village getaway in the hills, 4 miles from the coast.

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Carriage Mews is a delightful contemporary style cottage with traditional features. It has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wood-burner and huge feature window overlooking the shared south facing courtyard garden. Outside is a shared courtyard with grassy lawns, flower borders, a rose garden and picnic tables all set within 4 acres of gardens and grounds including a children’s play area, walled garden and small copse. It is below another cottage (Coachhouse) and shares the garden.

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. Set on a smallholding & surrounded by working farmland this tranquil cottage offers a peaceful retreat & a perfectly positioned base from which to explore & enjoy all that Wales has to offer. The hut is a tranquil and peaceful place for you to relax, and forget about all the hustle and bustle of daily life. Enjoy our lovely hot tub with a glass of something cool and slowly unwind surrounded by nature. The Hut also has gated wooden steps leading down to a fully enclosed dog friendly paddock which is for your own private use . For the colder nights along with the underfloor heating our log burner will keep you toasty through the night.

Situated in an idyllic location in the heart of the Teifi Valley, the accommodation offers spectacular views, with grounds leading down to the river Teifi. It's in a central place from which to explore West Wales, just a 30-minute drive from the Cardigan coastline. It is an ideal area for walkers and cyclists, and canoeing is also available, less than 5 miles away. The village shop is less than 2 miles away, as are two pubs, both serving food.
