With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

Terrace in a southwest location with an exit from the living room. The secluded grass area adjacent to the terrace is free to use. BBQ available. Non-smoking, no pets. Upon arrival with a late ferry, later check-in may be agreed upon.

Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. The house has its own patio and parking, and you will be surrounded by the farm's life where there are, among other things, bulls and tractors. Architect-designed summer house (moved in 2017) overlooking the sea. Kitchen with all comforts and laundry room with washer/dryer. WiFi (fiber). Outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). Guest house with double bed and outdoor shower Bicycles, surfboard and SUP are available to borrow. NOTE: sheets + towels are not included. More pictures can be sent.

Udden

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km. Omgivningarna, ljuset, himlen – speciellt stjärnorna på natten- ”Vintergatan”.

Quiet and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.
