Fully modern, four beds in two bedrooms inside the cabin and two good beds in the garden shed on the property. Kitchen and open plan living room. Bathroom with shower/toilet. Laundry room in the outhouse. Rented weekly during the summer, changeover day on Sundays. Short-term rentals are possible at other times. Final cleaning is not included.

Here you can watch the sun sink into the sea, enjoy barbecue evenings, take part in beach life or maybe just a quiet reading time on our natural plot…. For everyone's comfort: The home must be left in a clean condition unless cleaning is ordered extra (cleaning instructions are in the house folder and must be followed). If anything needs to be fixed, please let us know so we can fix it before the next guest arrives. Guests can charge their electric car for a fee

Old brewery converted into a comfortable practical accommodation for 2 people. South-facing patio with fantastic views and barbecue. 9000 sqm fenced plot. Forest walks around the corner, 5 km to the swimming lake and 7 km to Ljugarn's long beaches, shops and restaurants. Modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Shower with underfloor heating, hot water for 2 people (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. Limestone wing among roses and jasmine

"Annexet" is a charming accommodation on two floors that has most of what you need for a relaxing vacation. From the living room, you can step directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender, etc. Breakfast in the green with birds chirping, barbecue evenings in the sunset or just sitting under the big chestnut tree with a good book. If there is a rain shower, there is a "greenhouse roof" to shelter under. Or why not play boule on the court that's there? If you feel like swimming, it's close to a string of sandy beaches.

Rebuilt and newly renovated forge in limestone located on the small parish road in Grötlingbo, next to the medieval Kattlunds Museum Farm. The house is part of our farm building where you have two separate patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floors with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in extension with separate entrance.

Nice house near sandy beach and boardwalk perfect for a successful family vacation! A total of 4 bedrooms with 8 possible beds spread over two houses with a shower room in each. Large newly-built wooden deck (2023) and an additional patio on the gable side with evening sun for barbecue evenings. Big grass lawn for playing and games. New washing machine 2023 (capacity 6 kg). Possibility to borrow bicycles to discover the surrounding area with wonderful beaches, limestone rock formations and beach sauna etc. Welcome.

Architect-designed summer house (moved in 2017) overlooking the sea. Kitchen with all comforts and laundry room with washer/dryer. WiFi (fiber). Outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). Guest house with double bed and outdoor shower Bicycles, surfboard and SUP are available to borrow. NOTE: sheets + towels are not included. More pictures can be sent.
