Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

Visby, Gotland Relax in this fantastic newly built house with a natural plot in lovely surroundings seven kilometers north of Visby. Here you live close to everything with one kilometer to the sea and cozy Själsö fishing harbor. The newly-built house of 132 m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully-equipped laundry room with utility entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

The grocery store is 6 km away and in the area there are several year-round restaurants. Nature is never far away in Östergarnslandet and cultural life is active with, for example, a cinema in the community center. There is access to 4 adult bicycles. Two of the sleeping places are in a separate outdoor cottage with its own kitchen. Works well in the summer months.

Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Here you live in beautiful Katthammarsvik, next to the popular smokehouse with its restaurant. 1.5 km from Östergarns IK with tennis courts, disc golf, and beautiful running trails. In the harbor, you can also rent kayaks from one of the island's many kayak rentals. 5.5 km from Herrvik harbor and 5.6 km from Sandvikens camping.

It is located 2 kilometres from the sea and 15 kilometres from the nearest village. It is a paradise for outdoor activities such as hiking, bicycling, kayaking, birdwatching and beach life.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
