Welcome to our architect-designed dream house of 110 sqm. The house is divided into three bedrooms, an orangery, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room in the loft. From the loft, you can also access the roof terrace, which has a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. The glazed orangery is the link between the living room and the bedroom area. Here you can sit and watch the stars or light a fire in the stove. The bathroom has a sunken bathtub in limestone. Bungenäs is a unique area free of cars, parking 800 meters from the house.

Welcome to Glädjens Hus, which has been in the Lindahl family's estate since 1893 when the widow Johanna Lindahl had this fantastic house built. Today, there is a balcony that guests share and with views of the inner city and inner harbor. The apartment has 3 rooms and a kitchen, including 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Huset, från 1700-talet, ligger 10km från Visby och 10 min promenad till Brissunds strand och fiskeläge och Krusmyntagården. Själsö bageri ligger ca 5km bort. Det finns två sovrum (en dubbel+ två enkelsängar) samt modernt kök med diskmaskin, grill och uteplats (sommartid) med stor trädgård. Två vardagsrum med öppna spisar. Brant trapp – större hundar kan behöva hjälp. Endast sittdusch pga snedtak. Det ligger lantligt och ostört men nära till stan. Vi bor i lilla flygeln med separat ingång.

Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.
