Perfect accommodation for a family of four just a short (but steep) walk from the lake. The house was spacious and clean and lake Bled views amazing from the living room and main bedroom. Thoroughly recommended, we would love to return. Thanks Tina for being a great host.

We stayed at the apartment as a family with two children for four nights. We were very satisfied and can definitely recommend the accommodation. The lake, the castle and the promenade are within walking distance...great. Very modern furnished apartment with everything you need. The landlord lives in an apartment on the ground floor and supports very friendly with questions and other concerns. We felt very comfortable.

Loved our stay on lake Bled - the ideal side of the lake, fantastic place, lovely and clean and incredibly well equipped. Tina was a great host and I hope one day to return

Great stay all round. Picturesque location, amazing views, with a short walk down to the quieter end of the lake. You can get to the busier side in ~40 minutes from leaving the apartment. There are also several places to get a drink or something to eat closer. It is steep down to the lake so some rented e-bikes made it very easy when we had stuff to carry. the Apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with plenty of room to lounge as well as sit and eat. Tina was responsive, helpful, and friendly, making our travel times very easy to manage. The whole group loved the stay!

We had a lovely stay, the house is very well equipped with everything you will need. The pool area is great, a real treat to be able to get up and pop into the pool, and two well equipped BBQ areas. Dotty our dog loved sitting watching the world go by from shade at the pool area. Svetlana is very attentive and comes quickly if needed. If you stay there make sure you make use of the FREE bus into Bled (it goes from just outside the village shop). Overall an excellent experience which we would highly recommend.

Vila Lipa was absolutely perfect! Exactly as described and the host was friendly and responsive and the location was great. Exactly what we needed and I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time here, is a 25min walk from a train and bus station, host was very accommodating and offered breakfast! Would recommend and would stay again.

One of our favourite places to stay on our whole trip! Short walk from the Union bus stop and very easy to get down right by the lake. We loved the balcony of our room and super affordable for how great this place was. Showers were very clean and probably better than the ones we have at home! Check in and out was super easy and the reception was super friendly to let us leave our bags after checkout in the morning to keep exploring. Would defo recommend - remember to get to the shops (10min walk) before 9pm as everything closes on the dot.

Jasna's family is very nice and has always helped us with many tips on hikes, restaurants, etc. The mattresses were good and the room nice and cool. As a guest, you have your own refrigerator and kitchen cabinet available. The bathroom was cleaned daily, so it was no problem at all to share it with the 2nd Guests have their own dining room. WiFi is fast and good. Downtown and the train station are a 20-30 minute walk (uphill). The river was not visible from our room, but it is right behind the car parking space and you can swim in it or cool off.

David at reception was fantastic. Great advice and looked after us from early check in to the moment we left.

We had a very nice stay at Vila Lipa. The Check-In was very good. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Although, it was only her third day at work, she was competent and gave us lot of recommendations. The room was clean and we even had a spacious balcony. Overall we would book it again.
