Great stay! Very clean place with lots of room. Hot tub was great and the short walk across the street to access the ski slope was easy for our family with 3 toddlers.

Wonderful home! We didn’t want to leave! Nice lay out for the home. Plenty of space to accommodate lots of people. The pool/hot tub was definitely the main event. A house full of middle aged women and we played in the pool like we were kids again! Lots of room around the dinning table to play board games. The downstairs was also perfect for a big group. Pool and basketball were lots of fun. One of the ladies brought her switch and we had Mario kart going on too. Over all clean, spacious, private and never have to leave the property for entertainment. Easy check in and out. By far the best bnb I’ve been to. Very chill and relaxing.

Hannah’s place was great for us to spend a few days in Longmont. The location was close to hikes and everything we wanted to do. Her guidebook was very helpful and we went to Summit Tacos more than once! So good! We got to enjoy the hammock for relaxation but didn’t get to use the firepit although we appreciated that we had it as an option. The record player was a nice touch that we haven’t seen in other places and we enjoyed spinning records when getting ready for the day. Overall we would definitely stay again!

This was a lovely, comfortable home. My lil grandson referred to it as his Mountain Cabin and didn't want to leave. The views were great. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. There were plenty of TV's, internet access and a great game room downstairs. We enjoyed the winter ski time and would love to go back in the summer. We highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay.

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. We Had a great stay! Very Cozy home with amazing views. Fit 5 adults comfortably. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had fun games to play with friends. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long day on the slopes. Host was immediately responsive to one question I had. Overall a great stay! I would definitely recommend.

Spacious and clean house with a fully stocked kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Adam responded quickly when we had questions. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large family gathering.

Great cabin, and great location! The cabin itself was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. Great home base for accessing Grand Lake and the surrounding area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Lake. Just as good was Pamela's hosting. She reached out to me a week ahead of time with clear instructions about how to get to the cabin, check in/check out procedures, etc. She responded immediately (more than once) with answers to my questions. Then, a couple days later, she reached out to me again to give me a heads up about fire bans and gave me a link to the Grand County site for more information. I was impressed and appreciative of her proactive, courteous messages. Great stay. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adam's one-bedroom basement apartment in Ft. Collins! From the moment we arrived, Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and he even took the time to personally show us around, making sure we would be comfortable and answering all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, homey feel. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ft. Collins. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the space. It is convenient to shopping and multiple ski resorts. The unit is clean and well appointed. Cory and D were great hosts and took good care of us during our stay.

This is possibly the best home we have stayed in! It was clean, spacious, and so full of charm and character!! Everywhere we looked we found something unique (records on the walls, lego creations, plants, indoor hammock, books, etc). Tons of thought, creativity, and love have been put into this home! It had everything we needed and more. We were close to restaurants and stores yet felt secluded. I would HIGHLY recommend this home and would 100% be back! Thank you for making the weekend with my daughters amazing!!

We were traveling from SC and needed a last minute place to stay for the night. I messaged Denise and she immediately responded with answers to all of my questions. We travel with a Golden Retriever and it is often hard to find a nice pet friendly place for a night. She was gracious to allow us to stay with him. The house was such a gem. We have stayed in hotels both going to and coming back from SC that were pet friendly and they are mediocre at best and we were so in need of a peaceful and nice place for the night. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. There was everything we needed for the night, including condiments for the steak and veggies that we grilled. The bed, pillows, bath towels, etc were top quality. We will definitely stay again when coming to Cheyenne.

The perfect place to stay in Greeley. The house has everything you could need and the backyard is great for dogs. I will definitely book again next time I am in the area.

We came out to stay for my nephews first birthday and this was the perfect place to stay! There was more than enough space for all of us, it was cozy and clean. The hosts were extremely easy to talk to and incredibly responsive. We will definitely be booking here for our next trip out!

Annelies's place was AMAZING! She has been one of the best hosts we have had and included everything you could ask for during your stay- even things we didn't think we needed until we were there! We had 8 family members staying for Christmas and there was plenty of room, blankets, seating, etc. for everyone to gather, eat and play games. It is just up the road from a grocery store so we were able to stock up and it was so close to town that we had our pick of great restaurants and things to do. It's only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park with it's beauty and fabulous hikes. Even in the winter! Annalies was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. There were so many helpful suggestions about the area and very clear directions about the house itself. We felt so welcomed and at home. Everyone agreed it was one of our favorite Christmas gatherings. Thank you Annalies!

Matthew's place was incredible. His decor was outstanding. The place was super clean and stocked with everything you could need. Everything about his place was awesome! We highly recommend his place and would book it if we come back to the area.

We had an unexpected forced vacation due to Water damage in our home, our family had to move out while the floors were being redone. Heather and Chip’s North. Boulder location is walking distance to the foothills where you can hike, ride bikes, and walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. Their home is spacious and loaded with high end amenities with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It ended up being the best scenario for our family! We’re so glad it worked out and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a North Boulder getaway!

Great place to stay for a weekend in Fort Collins. My husband and I ran the CO marathon, and Tyler’s place was perfect for what we needed. For two people, the space is great. Very clean and tidy. Tyler is responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

My 5th AirBnB stay so far. Everything was top- grade. All prior experiences with AirBnB have been very good, but this one tops the list. Cheryl was very flexible on our weather delays & travel breakdown. Great place, great area, great hostess. Will be back next winter if available. LH

We stayed here while our house in Erie was getting renovated. It worked great for our family of six! There were plenty of desks, which was nice for my husband and I since we work from home and for my kids to do homework on. We also loved the beautiful back yard, parks, and walking paths near by!
