I stayed at this location for almost 2 months for a work rotation. This place looks identical to the photos and has a great balcony space. I really enjoyed all the amenities that came with the Airbnb as well (Pool & Gym). It is in a great location close to everything in Brentwood. The host was also super responsive and made sure all my questions were answered. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Brentwood area I would definitely recommend this spot!

Highly recommend the Franklin Farmhouse! Very clean and comfortable. Responsive and proactive host. He even sent us a message during the tornado warnings to check on us and instruct us what to do. The tornado warning sirens were going off and Mark made us feel more comfortable. We enjoyed learning about and feeding the chickens which we did each morning. Bed was super comfortable and the inflatable bed was as well (raised and had headboard). GREAT host! Would definitely stay there again!
