Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. This was a phenomenal stay. Our first time in a tiny house (a bucket list item for me), and we were all comfortable and charmed--the kids were excited about the lofts, the beds were all comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I saw a note about the height--my husband is 6' and didn't have any problems--the day bed was long enough for sleeping and he didn't have to watch for any ceilings. (My son-in-law, not with us, is 6'4", and I did think he would feel cramped if he'd been them.) I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful green space all around the tiny house--our little kids really enjoyed exploring and playing outside. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and beautiful place with high ceilings which were chef’s kiss. Loved the location next to walking trails and the Factory in Franklin. The location cant be beat. This would be a great value for two couples sharing the place.
