Fab stay for couple night at this property. Guys said it was lovely and had everything you need.

Samathas place was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family and friends nearby. The place was a good size and Samatha was very friendly and responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kate and Kris, The Annexe is perfect with everything you need including private gated access, spotlessly clean and everything labelled and easy to find ! The hosts are the most helpful and communicative we have ever had to deal with, and offer great advice on anything you need. Location is lovely and peaceful with close links to the major road network and only a couple of miles from the Rushden Lakes Shopping Complex. We will be back !
