Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

You can enjoy the beaches of Cap de l 'Homy, Contis for surfing, swimming in LesLacs de Léon, as well as bike rides in the pine trees and horseback rides on the beach. In a new air-conditioned house of 150 m², on a plot of 1000 m2 the pool is according to mid-May to mid-September. Cleaning is not included in the Have fun with the whole family at this chic place.

Lake / Beach 6 km away, free shuttle in summer. Numerous bike paths. Sheets, bath towels are provided for one week stays (for less they can be provided for €20 per room). Household products are provided. There is no cleaning fee, the house must be left clean.
