The stay was great :) nice small apartment - great for one or a pair. It was clean and very accessible. It is a communal location - so you hear the neighbors but it’s not a huge problem. They were super helpful and helped me with my parking ticket I got. Good location & accessible by car or even foot to many places. Would recommend :)

Fabio's place is really worth every penny. First of all, communication. Very fast and easily accessible. Responds quickly and is always friendly and helpful. The apartment is very easily accessible and free parking is available outside the door. The apartment is as in the pictures. Very nice, very clean and very quiet in a quiet and very nice apartment building. Everything very safe and well maintained. The apartment is very well maintained and has everything important including fast Internet. The kitchen is equipped with everything important (I did not use it). Coffee maker is available (Fabio you have to check it, it loses water) and also a kettle that I used. Two balconies and a living room with kitchen as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Everything big and spacious. The bed is not a box spring and I thought at first that was a disadvantage but no I slept very well in this bed. Unfortunately, the space is not enough here

Great host and nice apartment complete with everything. Close to public transport and in a quiet neighborhood, in 45 minutes by public transport you are in the center of Milan.

Simply perfect! It was like being at home, Barbara provided us with information and directions on where to go or on activities in the area, she was super responsive and very kind, she helped us with check-in and check-out without problems, like a breeze, what can I say, it was fantastic! I thank Barbara again for her hospitality and kindness!

I came to Monza for work and had a great time at this B&B. Super nice owner who also solved a sudden Sunday problem in record time. I recommend it. If I go back to Monza, I'll definitely come back here.

Wonderful apartment, specially for motorsport enthusiasts. We spent 3 nights while attending a motorsport event at Monza and could not have hoped for a better place to stay - it's close to the circuit, well connected and has all the amenities. AC works well which was a blessing in the heat. Great restaurants, takeaways and supermarket close by. Wonderful host, responsive, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended! Cinzia is a very good-natured and very kind host. She lives downstairs. Her house has two balconies, full of flowers. The house has a lot of books. It is a home full of flowers and books. One night when we were in Milan, she prepared us endless food, yogurt, sparkling water, still water, juice, milk, and a basket of fruit and red, white, and pink wine, which made us feel spoiled, and we didn't have to go to the supermarket to shop, thank you so much.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. very nice accommodation. After a busy day in the city center, we came to rest. The apartment is stylish and comfortable. Very clean. The bathroom was spacious and plenty of towels provided. The instructions to get inside were very clear and easy. Laura gave some nice addresses of restaurants nearby. Recommended is Southwest garage. Very nice restaurant. The neighborhood is multicultural and close to the metro. We didn't feel unsafe in the evening. In the apartment it was very quiet . The beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend this address for couples who want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. Thank you

Everything was very good. Checking in works like a charm. Communication was perfect. And the accommodation was clean and very nice.

Paola's place was perfect for us. It was an easy walk to Milan Centro and right around the corner from the subway. The apartment was stocked with breakfast foods, water , and wine. It was nice to sit on the patio in the evening and enjoy the weather! We were met at the door, and showed how to enter and use the elevator. Don't hesitate to book this gem!

Loved our stay here! The area had amazing restaurants and everything felt very walkable. She even left us snacks and coffee on the table for us when we arrived. She was super responsive and the space was very clean and felt like home. We were also walkable from the train station which was very handy. I would recommend this space to anyone visiting Milan!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

We had a great time, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear but the GPS didn't work, very narrow paved road and a really not easy to navigate slope. Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, swimming pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I would highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be counted and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)
