The stay was great :) nice small apartment - great for one or a pair. It was clean and very accessible. It is a communal location - so you hear the neighbors but it’s not a huge problem. They were super helpful and helped me with my parking ticket I got. Good location & accessible by car or even foot to many places. Would recommend :)

It is a 90s family apartment full of wonderful things to see. There are all types of flowers and plants in front of the building. After a long time, I slept through the whole night; there was no sound at all. The apartment was impeccable; I could walk shoeless without any thought. Salvatore was so nice and helpful to me; such lovely and nice people to meet and make friends with. I recommend it by all means. :) Thank you, Salvatore and Mathilda.

Semplicemente perfetto! È stato come essere a casa, Barbara ci ha fornito informazioni e indicazioni su dove spostarsi o su delle attività nei dintorni, lei super reattiva e gentilissima, ci ha aiutato nel check-in e check-out senza problemi, come un gioco da ragazzi, che dire, è stato fantastico! Ringrazio ancora Barbara pure per la ospitalità e cordialità!

Concienciada con el medio ambiente: productos de limpieza ecológicos y cubos de reciclaje. Ofrece capsulas de café y miel para el desayuno. Termometro y desinfectante de heridas en el baño. Juegos de mesa y pintura al lienzo. La iluminación del piso es maravillosa, y abriendo ventanas corre airecito. Acceso al aireacondicionado. Wifi. Zapatillas de estar por casa. Y las camas son comodísimas!!!! el suelo está impecable para andar descalza. El ambiente es tranquilo, y se escuchan pajaritos por las mañanas, al abrir la ventana. Agradezco que haya tostadora, y lavavajillas para no perder tiempo fregando. Al lado del apartamento hay comidas para llevar: la Parmiggiana está para chuparse los dedos. El baño está impecable y hay suficientes toallas y de diferentes tamaños. También secador! La libreria está llena de libros muy interesantes. A destacar L'arte di amare. Clarissa dejó un muelle de plástico de jueguete también. Mi hijo lo disfrutó un montón. Televisión con Youtube(no canales).

Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel, elektrische Rollläden, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und sehr gut geschnitten. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, die Betten waren sehr bequem und ansonsten war alles genauso, wie von Matilde beschrieben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Monolocale in posizione eccellente, arredato con gusto e davvero accogliente. Pulito, profumato e dotato di tante piccole attenzioni per gli ospiti, come caffè e snack a disposizione. L’host è stata estremamente disponibile e rapidissima nella comunicazione. Tutto perfetto, esperienza assolutamente positiva! :)

Sono venuto a Monza per lavoro e mi sono trovato benissimo in questo B&B. Proprietario super gentile che ha risolto anche un problema improvviso di domenica in tempi record. lo consiglio. Se tornerò a Monza di sicuro tornerò qui

Wonderful apartment, specially for motorsport enthusiasts. We spent 3 nights while attending a motorsport event at Monza and could not have hoped for a better place to stay - it's close to the circuit, well connected and has all the amenities. AC works well which was a blessing in the heat. Great restaurants, takeaways and supermarket close by. Wonderful host, responsive, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended! Minha estadia foi maravilhosa! Apartamento bem iluminado com uma vista muito bonita. Cinzia é muito amável e ainda nos presenteou com um delicioso bolo de banana. A localização é ótima, de fácil acesso ao metrô e, principalmente, para quem deseja fazer alguns bate e volta, pois fica muito próximo da Estação Central. É muito próximo da bela Piazza Gae Aulenti.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. zeer mooie accomodatie. Na een drukke dag in het centrum kwamen we tot rust.het appartement is stijlvol en comfortabel. Zeer proper. De badkamer was ruim en voldoende handdoeken voorzien. De instructies om binnen te komen waren zeer duidelijk en gemakkelijk. Laura gaf enkele leuke adresjes door van restaurants in de buurt. aanrader is Southwest garage. zeer leuk restaurant. De buurt is multi cultureel en kortbij metro. We hebben s avonds geen onveilig gevoel gehad . In het appartement was het zeer rustig . De bedden waren comfortabel. Dit adres raad ik zeker aan voor koppels die even uit de drukte van het centrum willen verblijven. Dank je wel

Enorm fijn en schoon appartement in een fijne omgeving, fijn restaurant gevonden en hadden snel een Uber naar het centrum van Milaan , de aankomst was fijn en de instructies waren duidelijk kon de auto veilig parkeren en we kregen hele goede tips over leuke eettentjes in de buurt , enorm bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en we komen zeker nog een keer terug .

My sister and I feel Fdp’s place is in the perfect location. It’s about 3mins to the metro, which goes directly to the city center, Duomo, many restaurants and pizzerias, shopping centers, etc. He was very responsive and helpful, friendly and gave clear instructions and directions. He responded really fast as well. Great customer service. The place was just like the pictures, neat, had everything listed, and even recommendations on where to go, places to visit and eat, as well as a map of Milan. We would always book this whenever we are in Milan. It is perfect.

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

Ottimo appartamento sia per chi vuole visitare la zona, che per chi ha necessità di andare a Milano concedendosi un po' di pace nei momenti off. l'host, Diego, è stato impeccabile sia nella preparazione dell'alloggio che nella disponibilità durante il nostro soggiorno. sicuramente, dovendoci andare spesso, saprò dove alloggiare le prossime volte

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour juste l’arrivée qui était un peu compliqué les instructions était pourtant claire mais le gps n’a pas fonctionné, route très étroite en pavé et a doublé sens vraiment pas évident de circuler en pente. Bel appartement avec vu sur le lac, piscine un peu froide dommage, terrasse qui manque un peu d’intimité. Très bon restaurant « baba du lac » où nous avons mangé pour pas très cher je recommande vivement ! Ville qui n’est pas de ferry pour Varenne donc obligé de prendre la voiture sinon accessible pour les autres villes , compter 1h/1h30 de trajet sur le lac. Taxé de séjour 1euro/personne à compter et payé en espèce à l’arrivée. Je n’ai pas trouvé Irene très souriante à mon arrivée mais elle nous a bien expliqué le logement , les accès et répondait rapidement aux messages merci à vous

Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Une personne nous attendait sur place pour nous montrer le logement et nous y faire entrer. L’endroit est magique, la vue incroyable

I fell in love with Morcote during our stay and the icing on the cake was definitely Rahman’s place. The view from the house plus the spaciousness and cleanliness were all very much appreciated. There’s a bus stop right at the bottom of the house so getting to public transport is very easy, walking into town is only 30mins as well! Loved our stay, so peaceful :)

Un alloggio meraviglioso! Abbiamo trovato un panorama stupendo ad attenderci, e Ilze è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile! La piscina è meravigliosa, la zona è molto tranquilla e l'alloggio è molto accogliente!
