Family apartment of 138 m2 and terraces of 55 m2 with elevator, heating and air conditioning, completely renovated in 2017, is located in the Art Deco district of Lisbon. All amenities are close by (including metro and bus lines 60 m away, many typical and economical restaurants, excellent pastry shop and Auchan supermarket). The apartment is very quiet, between a quiet street and our terraces overlooking the courtyard. There are no construction noises or noisy bars.

Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.

This entire building has been renovated during this last year. It is a small building with just 3 apartments all full of light. The apartment is on the 1st floor. It is a super calm flat with a large and spacious kitchen and a big balcony overlooking our garden below. We are about 2' away from RATO square and from here you can easily walk into the centre or take a bus or metro in the square. We are just two stops away from the old main centre.

Located 3.5 km from the village of Sobral de Monte Agraço, Encosta do Almargem offers a 1-bedroom villa for 4 people and a Studio for 3 people, both private in a family and quiet space 500 meters from the Church of Santo Quintino (built in Manueline style from 1520 and classified as a National Monument). Each accommodation has an exclusive space for sunbathing. The pool is shared between both, and is closed between November and mid-March.
